So I'm not gonna lie I skimmed this piece of shit book! The heroine is a doormat and the asshole is a piece of shit in like 65% of the book the pos took her to a BDSM club where he "taught her a lesson". He makes her have sex with I think was like 3 or 4 guys, he gets a blowjob watching her like this, the men cum on all her body, he tells her that since she treated him like a cum bucket he's treating her just like that . Mind you I didn't read anything about her treating him like that, at this point i was ready to be done with this garbage but I kept going. STUPID ME! At the end of the book the H kisses a club whore the h sees them and runs away only to get rape by someone with the help of the club whore, the cheating asshole sees that she's being rape and leaves her getting rape, he doesn’t do anything cause he thinks she’s cheating like the cheating asshole that he is. She gets pregnant with the cheating asshole’s baby and he's nowhere to be found!

I DONT KNOW WHY PEOPLE ARE GIVING THIS GARBAGE GOOD REVIEWS I GUESS ITS ALRIGHT TO READ ABOUT WOMEN BEING RAPE AND TREATED LIKE GARBAGE.

ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME WITH THAT FUCKING ENDING ! I WANNA STAB SOMEONE ! I don't think I've ever been this mad after finishing a book & at this point I don't even want to read the next one. I don't mind cliffhangers that's not what has me pissed I'm mad because the way Tank acted at the end does not go with the way he acted through the whole book it seems the author threw it in to shock everyone & have them on the edge of their seats. Tank is Vice President of the Devil's Iron MC, he is 27yrs old & a dominant. Pearl is a 38yr old widow (her husband killed himself 2yrs ago) & mother of Rose, 4yrs old & Lily, 2yrs old. She is a teacher of kids with special needs. Tank wants to settle down with Pearl but she is skeptical because of their age difference. Just when things are going great for the couple ... BAM !!

I'm sorry (no so sorry) , but wasting time writing this kind of sh*t that romanticizes violence against women isn't just a disservice for humanity but the best way for a person to call herself a "writer" to embarrass herself and the genre that she represents. Definitely my toilet paper have more quality and better use than this garbage.

Not a fan

Not sure why this book had so many 4 and 5 star reviews. The blurb about the book in no way indicated it was a book about bdsm. True a motorcycle club was involved but in my opinion it was all about bdsm which I do not care to read about. Had I not bought the books months ago I would have returned for a refund. Tank the H was so domineering that he was cruel in my opinion. The writer went overboard when trying to make him alpha. They also have sweet and caring sides to them but I only saw this when he interacted with Pearl's children. How she could fall in love with him is beyond me. I finished the book but had to skim through most of it. The ending picked up for me but wouldn't you know it was a cliffhanger. I wasn't a fan of the authors writing.

The bad rating is NOT due to the content. I love Dark Romance, the darker the better.

WOW. The writing is atrocious. Literally 4% in I started skimming….proper punctuation doesn’t exist apparently and every day phrases are used incorrectly. The dialogue is wooden, cringe..and it just plain SUCKS. I was flinching when the characters were speaking. We’re also reminded in the first 3 pages at least 5 times (LITERALLY) that the FMC is without her kids for the weekend. WE’RE NOT BOOK WORLD CPS AND WE DON’T HAVE AMNESIA. TELL US ONCE AND THEN SHADDAP. She also states the MMCs name roughly 3-4 times PER PAGE. And this is what I noticed just while skimming….

Easily one of the worst written books I have ever come across.

If you have any standards for writing, avoid this at all costs.

I liked the premise of this book but the delivery didn't work for me.

Book struggled to find and keep a voice. It was touted as a MC book but they also ran and were Doms in a BDSM club. In addition to this they owned several bars and ran security detail for them.
My head was spinning on too my cliches the book had.

I also didn't like Tank's personality. He often seemed like a big bully.
While I found Pearl to be wishy washy.

The authors writing style was but bit off for me as well. The use of exclamation points and capitalized words was extreme and not needed.

The only character I liked was Blaze and that wasn't until the very end of Tank and Pearls story.

I was given a copy for a honest review.

Cliffhanger alert!

The heroine is weak and looks like a puppet in the hands of men.
The scene in which the supposed hero punishes her by making her have sex with several different men while he gets a blow job and all of them ejaculating on her in the end was very disgusting.
And when she is being raped and he just leaves her there and leaves. Oh my god!
What the fuck is this?

Biker fans be ready for a dark, dirty and hot as h*ll book with some bdsm for you to fan yourself over as well. Pearl could not understand what this handsome twenty-seven year old biker would see in a thirty-eight year old widow with two little girls. Tank knew from the get go that this woman was for him with her big brown eyes and curvaceous body that all he could think about was dominating her in a way he never wanted anyone else to get near her.

Trust is such a two way street that Tank was too short sided to see and all this came at the expense of the woman he was about to claim the next day. Quite the cliffhanger so I'm off to get started on book two of this biker romance I couldn't put down.

Oh, and when I mean no words, I mean... I cannot believe people gave this 4 and 5 stars.

I has so many LOL moments that it was actually no longer a hot romance for me but, a fictitious spoof of the Biker BSDM romance novel (first I have ever read of the kind btw).

Then there's a damn asshole cliffhanger!! So I am going to grab some Pinot (Like whomever edited this book), and read the second one too because I have to see what the hell happened after that ending. If it gets better or more insane, you'll have to read my review of the next book.
So here is MY OWN cliffhanger. Check my next review for the second part of this series called Blaze's Pearl... heehee! (got these free so, just in case you're thinking it, hell to the no! I would not spend my dollars on this)

Nice start wish I knew it was a cliff hanger. The writing was different from what I'm use to I didn't feel I got to know the characters really well. The one thing I do know is I thought Tank was a real jerk and then the scene at the club when he taught Pearl a lesson turned me off, I thought it was gross and if I was Pearl I would be done with Tank, but she stayed with him and the ending what happened I didn't see that coming, Tank is no hero to me he left and didn't say anything, my hope for the next book is that Pearl does get a HEA but I don't want it with Tank, there is nothing sexy or hot about a big ole jerk.

Cliffhanger. I hate when I don't know at the beginning. Older woman/younger man. Dom/sub relationship.

Tank falls for Pearl who is a single Mom reluctant to get into a relationship. Sex abounds in this lovely little ditty; but I don't see the connection between Pearl and Tank. He just seems like a big bully who wants what he wants but is unable to communicate to a grown woman. But I guess that is because Pearl is spineless ninny.

I might be interested in the next book in the series just to figure out if the Prez is up to some serious shenanigans.

Pearl had suffered such a loss when her husband took his own life and left her to raise their children. She had closed her heart with huge walls until Tank comes and breaks them down. I really liked him at first, but then he changed by the end of the book. I really didn't like him then. My heart broke for Pearl at the end. I am very intrigued by Blaze and his feelings for Pearl. Is it just an attraction? Or is he in love with her? I can't wait to read what happens next.

Deliciously dirty and completely unexpected. The budding relationship interwoven with the MC and Dom/Sub lifestyle completely pulled me in and didn't let me go. The author may make you want to throw your kindle towards the end, but I could not put it down. This series is not for the faint of heart, which is why it's so good!

Tank's Pearl was the first book I've read in this genre, and I'm hooked! It was steamy, definitely a book for grown ups! It's pretty much got everything you could want, a sexy, dominant guy, a strong-willed mama, motorcycles, bondage...highly recommended!

WOW, what an emotional story. I so loved it. biker and BDSM..Oh, yeah now we are talking. To me this book was more of a dark MC-BDSM romance. So go into reading this book knowing it could have some triggers.

First let me say how much I hate Layla. I am truly hoping she ends up in a deep hole somewhere. Just saying. Second I am looking forward to seeing what will happen next. Yeah, the author just left me hanging at the end.

Tank is this hot, young, sexy biker. Listen to the author describe him it will make your mouth water. I found it interesting that he was willing to look beyond Pearl’s age. I loved the chemistry between these two .

It was good to see Pearl was a woman in her her late 30s. Not to many authors write about older woman and it was very refreshing to see. She was a single mother who had went through a great loss and now was having to struggle. I loved Pearl’s strength.

To me Tank and Pearl’s relationship did some working on. They lack communication as far as I was concerned. Tank was having to fight for Pearl’s trust and Pearl I feel needs to have times where a woman can freely sit and talk to her man without the fear of being punished.

In this story I was on an emotional rollercoaster. I cried for Tank and I especially cried for Pearl. What happen to Pearl really broke my heart.

WOW, let me say I am really confused and intrigued where the author is going to go with Blaze. I really need to read book two. So loving this series so far.

This book had promise but after the 50th typo, wrong punctuation and text errors I lost all hope. I hate not being able to give a star review!
This story has potential but needs some work. A decent editor and a little less stiff conversation would bring this up to a solid 3 stars.

For this being this author’s debut novel, I think she did a really good job. I love my MC books, so naturally after reading the title and blurb I jumped at this opportunity. Tank’s Pearl is not a long read and some readers might find certain topics the author broached upon offensive and inappropriate. However for me, I enjoyed it. It fit the story line the author was bringing to readers. The couple in Tank’s Pearl come from different circles of life, but somehow a chance encounter will bring their two worlds crashing into one another. The author tells the story in alternate POV’s by Tank and Pearl but we are also given a glimpse in to the Prez’ aka Blaze’s mind as well.



Tank’s Pearl shows that despite differences, physical. age and lifestyle love has no preference. Tank is 29 to Pearls 38, but that does not matter to Tank. Once Tank sees Pearl at a local dive bar, he is immediately fascinated by this woman. A brief conversation shared between the two, has Tank’s mind thinking of all things Pearl. Despite them not seeing each other for a month, Pearl is all that Tank can think about, and a man like Tank always gets what he wants. Tank is a rough and tough man. He has to be since he is the VP of Devil’s Iron. But we also get to see a caring and gentler side to this big brawny man. Pearl and her two beautiful girls will bring him to his knees. Tank never thought he would want to settle down but the more time he spends with Pearl and the girls, he sees a future, something he never knew he wanted. Tank is a total Dom and on more than one occasion he lets that side take over completely. He will do whatever it takes to make Pearl his.



Pearl is a woman that many can relate to. She is a widower and a single mother of two cute little girls. Her focus has been on her children and not on any man especially one that she feels comfortable enough to bring around her children. She is skeptical of Tank, but yearns for this man more than she cares to think. When their paths cross again after a month, she can no longer deny her feelings for him.



I really enjoyed this book because not only was there some really dirty, hot and sexy scenes going on but Tank and Pearl have an actual relationship. They talk to one another, opened up to each other and shared their inner thoughts, desires and their proclivities. They both shared a respect for the BDSM life style and respected what they had with one another. If only things could be so easy for the couple, there is an enemy MC intent on causing trouble and a Biker Bunny who can’t let go. There are possible triggers in this book and even I had to stop a moment to collect myself, but this is an MC book, and their lives are far from pretty. Is Tank’s love for Pearl deep and strong enough to stand in their darkest hour? Can Tank and Pearl’s world unite to form one big happy family? This is definitely the beginning of a great series and I can’t wait to see what else this author has in store for us.

Tanks Pearl by GM Scherbert a shocking and amazing five star read. This is the first book in the Devils Iron MC story, and it kicks off with a bang. The book come with a warning that it’s not suitable for some readers as it contains graphic violence and extreme sexual situations, and they weren’t kidding. It was hot and hard, but also upsetting in some places, but it was there for a reason and It did make the story.
The story is set and mainly told from Pearls prospective, she is a single mother whose ex-husband killed himself a couple of years ago. She has two wonderful daughters but she doesn’t get to go out much and usually for one weekend a year her and her girlfriends go away for the weekend to party and have girlie fun, only this year they don’t get away they stay local and they are drinking in a local dive bar, that’s where she meets him, Tank. Pearl doesn’t think much of him at first other than he is very hot, but he is also looks 1 years younger than her, and she comes with baggage so figures he won’t want her for more than one night and she isn’t into that. At least not at first.
Tank knows when he first sees her, he wants her and will stop at nothing to have her. He doesn’t care about the age or baggage, he just wants her and not for the one night she thinks he wants her to make her his, to dominate and own. If she can accept his lifestyle he knows she will make the perfect old lady. The only question is will she e able to accept it. Only time will tell.
This was the first GM Scherbert book I have read, and it won’t be the last. I foresee being very tired at work tomorrow as its already after midnight and I must find out what happens in the next book Pearls blaze before I go to sleep, this book had me so hooked I know I won’t be able to put it down

I’m all for gritty MC romances that deal with dark and controversial subjects. This, however, was just terrible. The writing, grammar, and editing were pretty much non-existent. There was also constant repetition of the same exact phrases again and again. The dialogue was stiff, unnatural, and completely out of character for a supposed school teacher and bad boy biker. And the sex...I shudder thinking about it. It was abuse more than anything. I’m not a prude and have a pretty open mind regarding all things sexual. But when the so-called hero leaves bruises all over the heroines hips and arms, that’s just too much for me. I can understand a couple of inadvertent bruises here or there from rough sex, but this creep did it intentionally and is turned on by it. Also, he shoves his dick in her backdoor with no preparation and zero warning. He doesn’t ask her or even mention what he’s going to do. And the idiot heroine enjoys all of this abuse and doesn’t object to any of it. Between the nasty creepy hero, idiot heroine, and atrocious writing, this is a big no for me. Honestly I’d rate this zero stars if I could.

I don't know what to say about this. The h is 37 and he is 26 or so which is fine. He is so degrading to her. I didn't know this book was mainly about bondage which if done right does not bother me. All he wanted to do was punish her, it got to be to much and calling her girlie all the time got on my nerves. I wanted her to tell him to go himself, you know what I'm saying. Glad I got this with KU so didn't have to pay for it. I will at least skim Thu the 2nd book because it was left in a cliff and I want to see what happens to her. Maybe Tank will grow up. To me bdsm is about 2people enjoying it not all about degrading 1person. He says he loves her.

Started reading it. if u want all sex no a biker who never does anything but have sex than u might like it. Theres not a lot of verbs or adverbs or discribing things either. I stopped 4b half done n we to another book.
