Addictive Read
My first Niki Jilvonte book and whew I jumped in hot. This book was my kinda crazy and unhinged! Mercy & Mayhem (although I keep wanting to say Murd3r & Mayhem) were a force to be reckoned with! If you get in their way, it’s over for you period, point blank, no grey area.. but they may have some competition with Lacey & Marshall as their pasts have left them all kinds of unhinged as well! The insanity of all will be very memorable, and I already feel that this 10 book series is going to bring the heat! Ready to see what’s about to happen at grandma’s 86th birthday party! Great read for those that like this genre.

What the hell!
This is a first read for me by this author and I'm so confused here. These kids were really psychotic if you ask me. This was really strange and I don't normally read these types of story due the nature of what the story entails. Straight horror if I must say. What crazy things were these characters saying in the author's head? Now I have to wrap my mind 🙉 around what I just read. I won't give any details of the story because you have to read it for yourself. 😏😉

Good....
The editing and grammar errors made some parts hard to decipher while some passages were complete repeats of others. These things frustrated me because I wanted to get to the meat and potatoes of this story as I'm a fan of Mercy and Mayhem. Although I could sympathize with Lacey and I want to know more about Marshall, I still want Mercy and Mayhem to come out victorious. I cannot believe that sex and the idea of love allowed Lacey to overcome a heroine addiction but I guess it made for interesting reading. I'm ready to see how this ends but I hope it's written with more care and details than this installment.

Whew chile what a page turner!! My favorite, Niki Jilvontae strikes again and as usual, she didn't disappoint. I love books like this, even movies!! I love Lacey and Marshall together. All I can say is Lacey and Marshall together is quite the competition with Mercy and Mayhem together. I think Mercy and Mayhem got their match with these two. However, I am team Mercy and Mayhem! Let me get to book 2 and see what's up. I just love me some Niki Jilvontae!!

Too many grammatical errors made the book hard to read. It was a good enough book. It caught my attention. I have so many questions, but I know there’s a part 2. Why didn’t Lacey question Marshal about how he knew what she had been through and what her plan was? How did Lacey know they wrote a book? Why did they write a book of their crimes and publish it?

This book was great. Mercy and Mayhem were straight on one. Glad Lacy and Marshall hooked up. Can't wait to see what part two brings. If I had to compare Mercy and Mayhem to any murderous couple I would pick Mickey and Mallory from Natural Born Killers

Very interesting read.
Definitely a drama filled read. The characters are so interesting yet very mysterious. The storyline is captivating. Moved a little slow for me bit yet and still a fascinating read.

Mercy and mayhem are the perfect names for these two nut cases!! But someone is also after them for revenge and there are others as well who want a piece of them. I can’t wait to read the rest of the books in this series because the end left me on the edge of a cliff hanging!!

I will definitely agree 'Hell has no fury like a soul scorned' as it was for Lacey. And now as it seems she has help from Marshall, what will come of Mercy and Mayhem as it seems like these two are on one horrible ride? This is one of those reads that are quite twisted with some grotesque scenes that will have you saying wow! I am left to think that Mercy and Mayhem may have met there match with Lacey and Marshall. But to find out more about this story, I see we will have to wait until part 2 as this story will be continued...

Mercy & Mayhem are in the dictionary next to evil. I'm glad they are not about to get away with tearing down a whole bloodline. Lacey is back in control and together with Marshall they are about to get it cracking. Can't wait til Pt. 2. As usual Nikki you didn't disappoint.

Girl this book right hear had me want to go run and hide with all this extra stuff going on but I just love to read your books you put so much creativity in your books that keep drawing me to them. Mercy and Mayhem better watch out for Marshall and Lacey. Niki keep up the good work.

Not as good as I had hoped, but still a good read not the less. I'm not even sure who I'm wanting to "win" in this book since they are all a little crazy.
