If I could give this 0 stars I would even try for negative numbers! The story made no sense and on top of that it jumped from one thing to the next. One sentence Kent was there then the next sentence five years had passed, and he was gone same thing with Ann. There was nothing going on, you couldn’t connect with the characters, the names where switched from who was supposed to be talking, people came out of nowhere…the issues just go on and on. I can’t I doubt I’d read anything else by this author.

What the hell

This book needs to go back to the drawing board it has a great story line but the author or editor did absolutely nothing to ensure this book was on track parts that should have been detailed you.had to fill in the blanks and unnecessary stuff was over detailed at any given time the author would.mix up.characters smh I had high hopes for.this author

Bad editing

This could have been a good book, but the editing, the mixed up names, the mixed up pronouns, made for a hard read. The gaps in time, with no explanation. A good story-line, but little continuity. At one time, it went from a man walking into his house to watch his hands, then the next sentence, he is long dead.

Terrible

O-M-G the storyline is all over the place and the grammar is terrible. Characters names in the wrong place. You can tell this book was rushed and I won't be reading the rest of this series

Just Okay

Don't like continuing books. This was just o.k. Won't be checking out part 2. Mahogany was just had luck to begin with. Felt sorry for all she went through.

Good read. Some of the characters and fine details were mixed up throughout the book. like Mahogany having hazel eyes at the beginning and then grey eyes towards the end. Also, the author confused Danny with Nachelle a couple of times. other than that and a few minor eyes the storyline was good.
