MJ Black is one of my favourite Poets and this collection is some of his best work, it almost feels like he is experimenting a bit here. Some of his work is similar to previous books, but there is new stuff, poems about nature and a few that seem to come straight from the beat generation.
Two stand out poems from this collection are "Iain Duncan Smith" ending with the fantastic line "Bring on the Hunger Games" Pure genius.
And the epic poem "Back home for a day" this is one of the best I've ever read, Mr. Black you need to do lots more like this one, had to read it three times just cos it was such a good read.
