Short and Motivational

Great ideas and a great inside look at the mental training a SEAL does to improve oneself. Not in depth with things, although it’s very interesting. Only reason it was four stars was because it was so short and I would have liked to have heard more “stories” or techniques the SEALs went through instead of an example of losing weight. However, it related well to the everyday person.

Well written, easy read, short. I’d recommend it for anyone struggling with staying motivated day in and day out like myself.

A brilliant primer on tactics used by the Navy SEALS to develop mental strength, discipline and a 'Failure is not an option' attitude. If you are looking for a book that is capable of motivating you, this is surely one of them. The HELL Week seemed terrifying and the book is filled with loads of lines that can rev you up.

Comfort is the enemy.

Great reminder that in order to succeed, one must get comfortable being uncomfortable. Take action and constantly challenge yourself. There are no super secrets.

A good read, short and to the point. I already do much of what is prescribed but I still picked up tips AND found it inspirational. A good start point for anyone wishing to be more self-disciplined in their personal lives. NOT for lazy people, just don’t bother; have a donut instead!

Just another "self help" book with the SEAL brand. Good points, but there are much better alternatives - "Make Your Bed," by Adm. McRaven, among others.

It's a Self Help book that relates all of it's recommendations on self-discipline.

I was reminded of a lot of things that I have learned from the past and I learned a few things that they book recommended that I'm sure will benefit my life if implemented!

I recommend this book to beginners of personal development.

If you're looking for a dose of motivation in the form of a self-help book, this is it. It's a quick read with a lot of practical tools and advice to help achieve any goal you strive for. I would also recommend this for anyone who has not yet read a self-help book, as it's a great first read!
