This book was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. I will say that it was a bit redundant. I did, however, enjoy the fact that they mentioned the stem of the emotional and personal problems.

This was a super easy read as well. I think it would be beneficial to not only people who are counseling, but to those who just want a deeper understanding of themselves.

This is a great book for anyone involved in counseling who is a believer. It provides a lot of tips on how to integrate faith into your counseling with clients and how to maintain your faith while dealing with worldly issues. It is written from a Christian perspective but is appreciative of the knowledge Psychology brings to the table. There is some repetition that got me bogged down a couple times but overall it will was well worth the read. I will refer back to it repeatedly.

Read this for a class. Easy to read, insightful, and interesting. The chapters can be a little redundant, but it still is a powerful read.
