Not recommended for CX experinced professionals, but would be good for people who would like to have a general top level understanding of CX practices, although the book is short and very straightforward but still the readers might face difficulties to understand the link between the given rules and CX due to the lack of examples, researches and stories.

I have reached this judgement based on my recent experience with a book called "The Customers rules by Lee Cockerell" which is very comprehensive and informative.
