Rate this book
For six months, Ember has been working as the personal chef and live-in housekeeper for the handsome billionaire Blake Anson. All around, it’s a great situation, but she can’t keep the fantasies she nurtures about her boss from slipping in to her mind from time to time. She’s resolved herself to the fact that it’ll never happen, though, and she’s prepared to keep those fantasies in her mind. When Blake announces that he’s taking a month-long vacation, he insists that Ember treat this like a vacation of her own. After all, he’s well aware of her tireless efforts to keep his home in order. Ember is looking forward to a little time off. Ember’s vacation is cut short, though, when Blake’s twin brother, Blaine, shows up on a motorcycle and tells her that he’ll be staying at his brother’s house. Not that Ember entirely minds, though. He’s every bit as stunning as his brother. But how will Ember stand up against the fantasies she has about this bad-boy version of her boss? Will Ember be able to deflect his advances and maintain her sense of propriety?

What's next!!!???

Before I say anything about a review I just have to say that the book cover is like a volcano. It made me want to blow my top. That thing is totally hot.

Ember is a quiet, soft voiced is more like it, lady who works for a man named Blake as a live-in maid. She is attracted to her employer, but it's not going to pursue him due to hearing stories of the last maid getting fired for getting too close. Blake has to go on vacation for a month and Ember is given rein of the house and time off. That's until Blake's identical brother, Blaine, comes to take over his brother's house and business.

Blaine is highly attracted to Ember and propositions her to sleep with him for the month his brother is away. She decides against it initially due to the brothers look exactly alike and she doesn't want to transfer her affections for Blaine to Blake and do something she regrets. Through some logical reasoning from Blake she agrees to an arrangement. She finds out he is into Dom/sub play.

"Domination is all about giving the submissive everything she wants and a few things she didn't know she needed." This is the essence of the book for me. He is opening doors she never knew existed. What pleasures is Blaine going to open for Ember? I can't wait to see what happens and if she gains confidence that Blake will notice and be attracted to her enough to pursue Ember also.

The Author Never Disappoints

The way the author is able to grab your attention and keep it there with every character for an entire set of books is the reason I continue to snag them whenever I have some free time to get lost in a book. Short enough to read in a single sitting yet still enough to satisfy my craving for a good hot & steamy story to get lost in!

Not book 1, more like chapter 1

Written well, some comic relief, but I should've looked at how many pages. Authors write a book, then cut/splice into 4 separate books? What is the meaning behind this? To make more money? If anything, I'd rather pay for the whole story right away than play this game.
LOST ME. WON'T CONTINUE "THE STORY/SERIES"!

She's Interested

This is a quick read about a personal chef who has a crush on her boss but knows nothing can come of it. Her boss went on vacation and she got involved with his twin brother. Enjoy I did.

At Her Knees

This book has a way to lock you in. I had a hard time trying to find a stopping point , because I wanted to find out what was happening on the next page. Ember tries to resist Blaine, but he wants what he wants and that is Ember.

I hate sequels

Why not just give us one good book? Is the average attention span really so short? So far, that is my only criticism. There isn't enough information yet to comment on characters or plot...although "Cookie" comes across as a bit of a slut, doesn't she? She has made a rapid transition from soft spoken, hard working housekeeper to BDSM sex partner with her employer's twin brother. WHAAAT?!?

This story blends billionaire fantasy with a fun, seductive twist-twin brothers. Ember is a relatable heroine caught between temptation and propriety, and the sudden appearance of the bad-boy Blaine adds an electric charge to her quiet world. The pacing is fast, and the tension sizzles with every interaction. While it’s more of a setup than a full arc, the chemistry crackles and the dynamic feels playfully forbidden. A steamy intro with serious cliffhanger energy.

Once again Lucia Jordan is in top form!

Ember, a young chef, work's for the rich and handsome Blake Anson. When he goes on vacation, his identical 'twin' shows up, sweeps Ember off her feet and 'shows her the ropes'. Unfortunately that's where the book ends. Can't wait for more! Creampuff, creampuff, creampuff!

O' my, hot and erotic

Twin brothers, Blake and Blaine, but which one is Ember really with?. Hot erotic and definitely makes you want the series. This is one that I want to finish. Hot erotic with a touch of mystery.

Twins

She knew he had one but she didn't realize how much they really look alike. She worked for one. Keeping her feelings to herself in order to keep her job. He left for vacation and his brother shows up. Sparks fly. He introduces her to his world.

An awakening

A little unexpected, but I have a feeling of subterfuge in the making. Really hot, attracted to one and getting to experience that person through an identical twin... what are the odds?

Disappointed...again.

When will I learn? No matter how interesting the plot description, I really always end up feeling cheated by this author's free or volume one of her books. Too much talk and angst, a bit of erotica and then a major cliffhanger. I give up on this writer.

Intriguing and Sensual..

You immediately get drawn in. You feel something should be amiss, but you get captivated by the sexual tension. Twin brothers who are so different yet identical. Need I say more. Great read.

Enticing

This snippet keeps you yearning for more. I'm curious of what's yet to come. Idk what intrigues me more the fact that bdsm is involved or maybe he just might turn out to be the twin or if he's going to join them. Anxiously waiting

Addicting(no pun intended). I find myself addicted to trying to figure out where these stories are headed then I end up having to know just having to know. But they are always so fun and steamy. Good read.

I'm pretty picky about reading erotica and sometimes after the first chapter I stop reading, but not this book! I was hooked after first chapter and just have to read the next book! Hot and sexy read!

I don't know

Is it really a twin? Or just play? I got to read the rest. Just like Lucia Jordan intended. Shame on her devious mind.

Lucia Jordan really made my day. My only disappointment was that I would have to read the next chapter in the next book. Love the whole plot. Love how The writer writes Blaine and Ember's character.

Got to love a twin story!

Can't wait to see what happens when his brother comes home. Will she be able to still work for him or will she leave and go with the other brother?
