This series of books are for the most part well-writen with a few editing issues. Misspelled words , wrong word choices , and improper sentence structure being a few of the issues mentioned. MY main issue however is the amount of beastiality in these books. If this is something you are uncomfortable with pass on these books. There is a lot of sexual contact between the wolves and humans both opposite and same sex. I don't believe that the beastality contributed to the story in any positive manner. The author could have just as easily hinted instead of being so explicit in her description of those scenes if she truly felt it was needed in the development of the story. Another issue is this trend of taking one novel an dividing the chapters into " books " and selling each individually. This book is one.. Each of these " books" are really only a chapter in a true novel. If one is paying only .99 for each part then 5.00 for all five parts is fair but I have come across a few that the been divided into eight parts and selling for 2.99 each making the total of 24.00 for one novel. That is outrageous and readers should be aware. Luckily I have my Kindle unlimited, a subscription through Amazon, that allows me the opportunity to read as many books as I choose. Since I read a book a day ( at times more ) that is a considerable savings. Any avid reader should consider this subscription.
Such a good series! I will definitely be reading them again. You would be mad not to read all four books as they flow nicely from one story to the next.
