This was an easy-to-do Bible study for a small group of women. The chapters are short and easy to read, but led to deep discussion. I liked the way Koopman writes. We're doing Beautycare for the Eyes next.

Proverbs 18:21, The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit. Great book, short and to the point. We used this book in my women's bible study. There is also a leader study guide that goes with it, I believe. Gives Bible scripture reference to verses concerning what we say and the importance of controlling our tongues. Was written in the '70's and some of the examples they give sound a little goofy, but still worth reading!
