An interesting model. Very good to see stories from leaders of companies that are not US-based - the global perspective is both similar to and very different from the typical US-centric approach. Nothing really earth-shaking in terms of its insights about leadership, and I expect the author is a good coach (in spite of the amount of time he spends tooting his own horn).
