This book was very simple to read and was pretty engaging. The issue i have with it is that there were a TON of typos and syntax errors in there to the point that I was shocked. I would expect someone to proofread the copy before publishing the book.
This book was exceptional in plugging some of the high levels considerations I still need to master. Quite timely as we prepare to ramp up the number and size of acquisitions we do this year. The largest eye opener was around assumption of liability and legal ramifications. Makes having legal experts in play critical. Highly recommend this read for anyone interested in buying other businesses or selling a business they own. It's high level but will help you know what to look out for. The financial section (spotting fudged numbers, cash flow, valuation, etc.) could be useful for many as well. If you're reading this and would like to hear more let me know.
This is a must-read, forever-reference if you are a business woman/man. The most comprehensive, straight-forward guide to everything you need to know whether you are a buyer or seller. It's one of the few books I own that I keep at my bedside just because you really can't review this enough ... unless you are a Branson or Trump or something ... someone who's bought so many businesses that it's in your blood. Hands down, the most useful book I own.
