Looking back, he shares what he has learned from countless local community and world-famous leaders, providing thoughtful insights and suggestions to better serve, and in turn to be a better leader, regardless of our professional or personal roles.

A very easy read about a "real" politician's journey

Full disclosure, Bill has been a friend since junior high. I was impressed by what an honest look into his successful career this book is. I read it in two sessions and really enjoyed it. It didn't say anywhere I saw but all profits go to charity so there's also that. Pretty good effort for a first-timer!
