This book The Son is primarily about the 3 years of Jesus’ ministry, asking "What was Jesus like as a person?", in order that we can walk in his footsteps. The book begins with three, very different images of Jesus. (1) Relationship, relationship, relationship. (2) How Jesus loved children. (3) How Jesus was very, goal orientated and focussed. Chapter two looks at Jesus personal qualities, such as, courage and partiality, followed by chapters about Jesus‘ love’ and ‘faith’ and a chapter titled "The road to Calvary." The final chapter illustrates with examples, how Jesus walked his talk.
