The Earl's Passionate Plot

Miss Mariah Langley inherited her beloved family home. At least, she thinks she did, until the Earl of Dovington turns up to evict her. Her only hope now is to play matchmaker at the man’s house party and pray a beautiful heiress will steal him away. Far away. With guests arriving and tempers flaring, the spinster and the nobleman engage in a battle of wits and the first one to fall for a partner must relinquish the house. It's hard to dodge Cupid’s arrows, however, when they keep striking uncomfortably close to home!

Delightful story

This is about a young lady who has managed her late step-father's property. It is all for naught as he was swindled by the Earl who sold him entailed land including a house. The Earl's son comes to claim his property thinking she and her family are tenants.
