My teacher recommended Roland and Tozer, which is more detailed oriented. But I believe that Shargel's Biopharmaceutics should be dealt one of the basic title in the field. It is widely read as a part of curriculum here and well deserve this reputation. From basics of PK profile to advanced PK modelling are elaborated by multi author textbook.
