I was not prepared for some of the statistics in this book. All I can say is wow. * Children as young as grade-school age are experimenting with mood-altering substances. * One out of every four high school students drink to excess when they drink. This book has great insight. It was an easy read quick and to the point. No B.S. to put it lightly. I would say anyone with pre teens or teens should read this its a wake up call.
