He received his doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Missouri and has taught and counseled at the University of Utah. His priviate practice focuses on brief, intensive work with people who are highly motivated to change.

actually a fairly refreshing, inspiring and an uplifting read. surely makes one ponder on essence of life, prominent truths and one's wellbeing.

Cute little book with great quotes. Came across it and read it 10min or so. The quotes would be great on some oracle cards with different imagery.

Best book ever for me. It helped me through some really rough patches in my life. Each page gives you some thing to reflect upon and point out things that you may need to change. If you are having a hard time and not afraid to be honest with yourself, then pick this book up.

I found this book in my school library- I finished it during a lunch break, so it is very short but I very good read.
