I found this book very informative and helpful in understanding how hard it is when ADHD is part of the parent/child relationship. The book gave great advise and listed references where you can get help and additional information.

I love the way this book is written. Almost every page has a little extra something inserted between paragraphs. When I first noticed this I thought 'why' did the author do this? But later I realized that it was no coincidence that every time I 'caught' myself wandering, my eyes caught a glimpse of some BOLD writing or some other catchy writing. I found that I was able to stay focused most of the time. I think it's great that this book was written with ADD reader in mind.
However a lot of the information is mostly pep talk and encouragement. I was looking for more information on the condition itself. So I guess this book can be recommended for those that are having a lot of trouble coping with ADD or for their families and friends.
