The ante just keeps going up in these books. I loved Eve and Nick, they were great characters that definitely belonged together. This book takes you through a lot of Western Europe countries as they try and track the people responsible for the disease that targets women. There are some very sad parts here Eve's sister dying and then Scarlet dies???. And some secrets revealed Myrrdin is actually Maximilian Adriano and he repents and wants to save his family. I don't know what is going on with Caleb - he seemed to care for Scarlet and helps Eve, but just last book he tried to kill his nephew.
