I won't say how I came about this book but it was a great refresher for what I do. For anyone in law enforcement, this book will help you win the biggest fight of all, the one against complacency.

Worth the read. It might save your life or that of you partner's.

great stuff, pretty dry though. Surprisingly not too outdated.

I read this one for work as I am rewriting a self defense lesson plan. The book is directed toward police officers, but it does give some good tips for the lay person.
