If you want a short introduction into Voice Design and you don't have much time: this is your book! Even if you've already spend some time reading about that topic it's still a good summary with some useful tipps...
A short text summarising the history of voice interfaces, interviews with voice interface designers, and tips for when you might and might not use voice.
A really short and shallow introduction to the fascinating field of voice interaction. Good (and sometimes funny) examples are used throughout. There is too little in the way of bibliography; for such a small book that touches on so many subjects and quotes from one or two people on each page I expected a longer list of recommendations. It doesn't get boring (it's really short after all) and keeps it exciting while telling stories of voice horrors past and stirring the imagination with glimpses of possible future developments.
