Three stories starring Deadpool! The Merc with a Mouth goes to the aquarium with Blind Al, learns to be a Good Samaritan with Captain America, and crashes a birthday party (literally) with Blarney the dinosaur!
This is the very first Deadpool comic I read and it was fun. No 5 stars because I still need to read more about him to get acquainted to all the wackiness and madness. And as you may have guessed I am reading Deadpool in preparation of the Deadpool movie moving Feb next year. Deadpool.
I have always loved comics, and I hope that I will always love them. Even though I grew up reading local Indian comics like Raj Comics or Diamond Comics or even Manoj Comics, now's the time to catch up on the international and classic comics and Graphic novels. I am on my quest to read as many comics as I can. I Love comics to bit, may comics never leave my side. I loved reading this and love reading more, you should also read what you love and then just Keep on Reading.
OHMYGOD THIS BOOK WAS SO GOOD! Heee. Read it. Your childhood is surely to be disturbed a bit! The parody of Make Way for Ducklings is worth it on it's own, but this whole book is amazing. I read it in digital ... I need to find me a print copy. Maybe just so I can color the last page myself. And frame it. And stuff. Okay, now back to the Mithras story, cuz WAT DA FUCK CAPTAIN AMERICA?!
The comics features Deadpool in stories aimed at children. Kinda. After a short story where he and Al run away from police, Captain America joins him in teaching kids what is good and what is wrong. Then we have some wonderful poetry that details eating a dinosaur friend. It finishes with a rhyming alphabet and a coloring page you can stick on your fridge. Quality content!
This was an interesting comic. DeadPool basically takes over Kids stories and makes him as his own. There’s about 3-4 different stories. Each being different in art style fitting the story it’s taking place.
I really liked the way the first story is in a storybook design and not in the usual comic book one and it's all fun and games until you get to Deadpool and Blarney's second story and see the whole dark humour ish i just,,, after that it's the ABC's with Deadpool and i personally love Y ("Y is the question of life which Wade asks") great one! amazing.

If there was one comic that could sum up Deadpool...this would be it. It was just so ridiclous, it was perfect.
There were a few different shorts included in this issue.
The first story- is modeled after Make Way For Duckling. Deadpool and Blind Al wandering around the city causing the usual chaos.
The second story- Captain America and Deadpool give a lesson in manners, which super short and hilarious.
The Third story- Deadpool and Blarney the Dinosaur have a very rough day... Similar to the theme in ALIVE, Deadpool ends up eating poor Blarney to survive the few hours that he is left in the mountains.
The other bits of the book include-a dress-up for Deadpool, an alphabet with great drawings for each letter, and a paint by number.
