Review of "All-New Fire 7 User Guide" by John Lietzke

Even though this book says "" All-New Fire 7 User Guide", sadly, it is not. I currently own three Fires, one 2015, one HD 10 and one 2017. This book does not contain information about the current model Fire.

Very good user guide. I was able to read and learn a lot about my Fire. Recommend to anyone that is computer challenged. I can barely work on my computer so I was really pleased how helpful this book was.

Useful for newbies

Having an earlier Kindle, I knew most of the hints but nevertheless it's clear and concise. Auto updates should prove useful.

The guide refers to menus, links, and procedures not available on my device. Just one example for instance, the Gmail address and procedure for sending free ebooks to my Kindle doesn't work.

I was curious why such a book could possibly be necessary, so I took a look.

The answer, of course, is that there isn't any need for such a book unless you've been living on Mars for the past decade and have never seen a tablet.

If someone buys your grandma a Fire for Christmas, be kind and spend an hour showing her how to use it. Then she won't need this book either.

Relatively useless. YouTube would provide essentially the same information only completely and step by step.
