Dysfunctional Lovers
**This is a re-release** When Ariane Jenkins met Donte Phillips, she didn’t know that he would turn out to be the president of the deadbeat dads club. In the beginning, she had her own secret agenda for pursuing him, only to later find herself pregnant. Her best friend, Yasir, who she has slept with in the past doesn’t help things; especially with the two of them being close. Yasir steps up to be the man that Donte never could be. Over time, things get dysfunctional and everyone seems to go in their separate ways. Donte continues to be deceitful and has other problems that complicate things even more. Will the truth come out or will all of this bring Ariane closer to Yasir, the one who really holds her heart? Will they continue to be dysfunctional lovers and be in denial of the fact that what they have is more than just a friendship? Or will Donte finally man up and become the man that she needs him to be? This is one story that is full of twists and turns that will unravel secrets that could ruin everyone’s relationship.

I'm lost for words!!
Dysfunctional lovers is the best title for this book. Omg it's so much going on you have to really be into it. I mean I was smh through out the whole book and the ending just took the cake lol. I'm so ready for part 2. Yass!! I will definitely recommend this book!

Man Yo Loni you play too much! I need part 2 quick, fast and in a hurry after the way you left us hanging. Everything being revealed only showed just how dysfunctional some lovers are. Donte was too sickening and deserved everything he got. I really love Yasir and Ariane's relationship but they need to get things together. I couldn't deal with Sabrina and Megan. Those two heffa's need to learn when to leave well enough alone because ugh they were beyond irritating and thirsty. Brandon isn't any better and needs to go away too. Alright now Skylar and Ty. Wth Alia came from? It just got real and even more dysfunctional. What will become of Yasir and Ariane, has Donte finally gotten a shot of karma, how will the ending complicate things, what truths are in those tests, and will the dysfunctional lovers ever get it right?

This book was pretty good even though it felt drawn out at times. I feel like it should have been a stand alone. When I got to the end, I was disappointed that it was over. I hope in part 2 the author turns up the drama meaning the physical aspect. A lot of characters dodged some beat downs in this book. I must say though, this book was very realistic and relatable.
At times I liked Araine and other times I hated her. She seemed very gullible at times. I like Skylar as the best friend, I hope things work out for her in part 2. Yasir that's boo! I loved his character, he was a stand up guy. Megan, Sabrina and Alia definitely need to get beat up or killed off. You choose! I like Shad but I don't want him with Caprice She's very sneaky and I don't like that. She low key still worried about her no good baby daddy and what he got going on and what he thinking, when she has a good guy in Shad. So he need to find somebody else,
It should be interesting to see how part 2 plays out. I hope part 2 will be the ending though because just from reading part one; I'd like to think that these characters have been through enough.

Man I love Ariane nd yaya they need to get ish together, secrets coming out left n right. Lol all the goal diggers to the left, all the real chicks to the right. Idc what nobody say I still think he yaya son idc idc. Yaya is a real man plus the love he have for Ariane makes him the way he is. Skylar my girl she ready for sumthin real n tired of playing wit Nick I hope she get what she want n skeletons don't hurt nuthin. Yes very dysfunctional!
This book has the correct name as far as the title goes. Every person that's in this book is dysfunctional in some way or another. The author brought the heat from the beginning til the end. Ariane is pregnant by her boyfriend that's involved in another relationship but also has a surprise that Ariane doesn't know about. Yasir has been in love with Ariane for the longest. Will she leave her baby daddy Donte to be with Yasir? Will Ty and Skylar get involved? There's so many twist and turns that you will definitely not put the book down till you're finish. Definitely will be reading part 2.

This was really good. I loved Yasmir and Ariane, though she was irking my nerves in the beginning of the book. Donte....as much as I disliked him, I kind of felt bad for him. Yeah he was an a** and a cheater, but he wasn't the only one who was doing wrong. I wasn't expecting the twists in this story and now I cannot wait to see how everything unfolds in the next installment. Definitely a good read!

I understand Yasir is hurt but I really need for him to get out he's feelings and go get his girl and kids... Some much is going on and it seems like everybody knows somebody!!! Can't wait for part 2!!!

Can you say “dysfunctional”
Ariane Jenkins met Donte Phillips, who turns turn out to be a deadbeat Donte seems to want to do right but Ariane best friend Yasir is always around. Yasir steps up to be there for Ariane and her baby , complicating problems even more with Donte.
The storyline was good. I liked the characters. I look forward to reading more by the author.

Dysfunctional Lovers, was just that.... Yo Loni gives you drama for days. This book was my first by this author and I enjoyed it. If you are looking for a story about a bunch of craziness in relationship, then this is your book. Good Job!!! (Free)
