When we focus on our desire for more, better and different things, we perpetuate discontentment. The Practice of Contentment offers a straightforward and highly effective method for transforming the thinking behind this desire into a catalyst for contentment rather than discontentment. You will become aware of the origin, nature and consequences of this type of thinking and understand how you can accept and thereby neutralize it. As you gain insights and encouragement from the author's reflections about his life experiences and cultivate a greater awareness and perception of your thoughts, you will become a practitioner of contentment and transform your life!
On the 19th November 1984, Oliver Ross was born into a loving family from Leeds. Mollycoddled and spoilt ever since he left the womb, Oliver has always managed to live outside his means and get everyone else to do things for him.
Domestically inept and a first-class hypochondriac, Oliver somehow managed to spend four years away from his Mother and graduated with a BA Hons in Spanish & Portuguese from Nottingham University in 2008. Oliver now lives and works back in Leeds.
