A comical look into how OCD truly operates If you don't have OCD, this book 1. Provide you with a greater understanding of what OCD truly is 2. Help you understand what people with the disorder go through on a daily basis 3. Provide a comical view of what OCD looks like Sit back, relax, and get ready to read about living with OCD.
4 stars because he has the braveness to spell out specific OCD scenarios that are very difficult to repeat. He offers good resources to follow up with. It feels like you're talking to a friend who helps you get moving towards therapy or tackling OCD symptoms. 1 star less only because it could be a little repetitive with the advice he gives but it does come from a place of honesty. It's possible to read in this book in 1 hour.
I absolutely loved this book. I would find myself laughing out loud because it sounded so much like me at times. I need this type of transparency in my life at all times.
