Loved this volume because it had two of some of my favorite scenes from the anime. Tsukamoto is slowly - very slowly - growing into his own in a way only he can. He's such a lovable character who almost everyone keeps underestimating just because of his personality and the way he looks. Seiseki is one of my favorite manga/anime sports teams!

This series is getting better and better, it reminded me of Haikyuu, which I ended up loving all the members on the football team. Even though Tsukushima is still an idiot, but he is so lovable and motivating that everyone likes him. 3.5 stars!

I never imagined that Kazama Jin would be this eccentric in the manga. I thought he was a lil bit weird in the anime but never categorized him as eccentric hahaha.

I'm very emotional about Mizuki's apparent investment in Tsukushi, that he sees what an asset his attitude has been to the team right away as well as the potential he has for the future of Seiseki. Mizuki is literally offended on Tsukushi's behalf when the others compared Tsukushi to him, because he believes the younger boy is better.
