Wow what a cliff hanger!
Annie is going crazy at the house from imaging what kind of trouble Helga can get into. As her mate and Isabella race to collect her from Canada, all they can think of is she has no idea the pain and suffering they went through to stay alive and sane. But an idea forms in Isabella's head as she drives her mother home.... What will she do? And will she finally find the truth?
Tori and Keith are doing wonderful. In Tori's opinion and she never wants it to end. Showing her what her were-bear can do is just the tip of the iceberg. But while out eating a meal with her mate, she discovers she a little more than just an ordinary were-bear.....

Hold on to your seats, this installment of the series will throw you for a loop! This book is one big surprise! The tension and suspense are at an all time high; there are new revelations, unexpected decisions, and unknown factors. These installments are great fun to read since you never know what to expect. Just when I think I have things figured out, the author throws a curve ball. I'm on the edge of my seat trying to wait patiently for the next installment. I'm looking forward to seeing where the story goes!

Tempted by the Bear: Part 6 V. Vaughn

Well..! Wow!! I really wasn't expecting that, but things don't turn out quite the way Isabelle planned them.
The sixth instalment of 'Tempted by the Bear' by V. Vaughn is a bit longer than the previous instalments, but still a short read and I was given a copy by the author in exchange for an honest review. This serial is well written in the first person, with alternating points of view. I don't usually read serials (or watch them either), first person narrative or cliff-hangers, but I do like V Vaughn's stand alone paranormal romance books so I'm giving it a go. This is a serial, not a series, and each part needs to be read in order.
Tori has become a were-bear, is now mated to Keith and has to deal with the fact that she is also the Alpha of the Veilleux clan, but with Carly and Keith both advising caution, she does nothing about it yet. Watching, listening and waiting seem like a good plan for now.
Annie is desperately trying to get things ready for the arrival of half the De Rozier clan the next day and Sven drops a nasty bombshell on Lucy. Seems he forgot to mention an important little detail about his life. I think if I were Lucy, I'd be kicking him somewhere extremely painful, but everyone is sidetracked by the news about Helga and Isabelle. Even if it's not entirely accurate, Lucy has to be the one to tell Luke. And maybe Tristan can get away without telling Annie about his lies, hidden agenda and how he's using her, but I doubt it. He needs to be honest with her and there's nothing in the story that suggests he's had a change of heart about his plans for taking over the clans and ruling the Northeast Kingdom.
Having tracked Helga down to a jail in Canada, Tristan, Izzy, and two of the De Rozier clan go to get her. After getting the full details of the curse from the evil Helga, Izzy decides that she doesn't want to become a soulless murderer like her mother and it has to end. Now. She has a plan and she carries it out, but it isn't entirely successful. It's an assumption, but maybe, just maybe, and I'm reading between the lines here, she's found her true mate or, more accurately, maybe he found her. I'm not really sure because that's where the cliff-hanger ending is and now I really can't wait for the next part.

A GREAT SERIES, ALWAYS LEAVES YOU ON EDGE FOR THE NEXT PART
While Tristan and most of the Le Roux fighters are chasing his mother Helga, Isabelle is at home with her mind going back to dark to dark times with her mother, at 15 when she discovered how bad she really was, and she mind speaks to her brother, his voice telling her it's bad and to come,alone. She mind speaks a message to Luke, her mate, telling him she would be gone a few days , she drives to meet her brother. But she is surprised with the story he tells her and even more by what she sees when they get to her mother. On there way back home her gets away, killing someone and Isabelle gets her mother Helga, who has made her (mostly)and her brother suffer all her life. She plans to break the curse that Tristan doesn't even have to worry about. But things don't work out her way. While new werebear Tori is enjoying all she has gained- the power, the mate she has loved since meeting him, Keith, her new sense's and there are more surprises for her and Keith later as she discovers more about herself.. Lucy discovers something her true mate Sven kept from her, making her hurt and angry but she hears breaking glass and goes to see what is wrong. Annie is crying and has just received news from Tristan, she knows she must be the one to tell her brother Luke, he will be hurt. I received this for an honest review. V. Vaughn has done an amazing job with this story. The moment you think she can not pull at your heartstring any more is the moment you are wrong. This book is so touching. Warning box of tissue needed. Romona Master has done an amazing job as a narrator. Please keep in mind this is not a standalone. Omg truly an amazing story. There book has love, pain, loss, death, and sacrifice.
Isabelle has so much pain deep in side her. As you follow this series you see that her mother is the root of all her pain. No child or grownup should have to go thru the pain that Helga makes people suffer thru. I do not believe Helga even knows love. It is almost like she is pure evil.
As you know from book 5 that Helga has stolen Annie’s vehicle and they are all worried about what damage she will do before they find her. In this book you see that the calvary is out looking for her. Will they be able to find her in time before to much damage is done?
Tori and Keith find out that Tori is the Veilleux Alpha. I find it still surprising that Victor was Tori’s father. It is also sad that she never got to meet him. Tori is now a werebear. Tori and Keith’s love keeps getting stronger and stronger.
Lucy and her mate Sven are getting closer. Sven had a head spinning secret. sorry have to read or listen to the book to find out what but you have to wonder if it is to much for Lucy to handle.
Luke will go through a challenging time. Will he be able to handle what is to come?

I received this as a gift for an honest review
OMG..where to begin. Helga has taken Annie’s car and credit cards. She ends up in Canada where Tristan and Isabelle go after her. When she is finally released, Isa belle says she will take her home. On the trip, Izzy asks about the curse and wants the truth. It started with her grandmother wanting a Native American man, even though he loved another. The Medicine put a curse on the women of her clan. Izzy learns she will be like her mother…bipolar and crazy.
Tori has successfully made the transition to werebear and her and Keith are doing great. On one of their outings she hers Jax and his mate…in her head…not out loud. She tells Keith and he says considering who her father is, she may well be an Alpha. Keith and Carly will sort this out and train her before she takes over.
Lucy is helping Annie get the last of the barracks together for the new clan arriving the next day. Sven helps her with Tristan’s girls and Lucy is thrilled to discover he likes kids and is great with them. Sven tells Lucy some devastating new and acts like it no big deal. Lucy is stunned, she can't breathe she need air...She can't shift now. RUN!!!

Tempted by the Bear 6
Oh boy, what a shocker! This installment will throw you for a loop! Lots of unforeseen surprises and even though I enjoyed each part of this series, I think this is the best part so far.
So much is happening; the tension and suspense are at an all-time high. In this story you will find a fabulous story-line, camaraderie, pent-up rage, gripping suspense, spiraling emotions, shocking reveals and a conclusion that leaves you craving for more.
We learn just how far Helga will go when she leaves. Isobel faces some hard home truths and makes a devastating decision. Tori now a bear-shifter, finds out she has a new power, there is a touching scene with Sven and the triplets, and Lucy learns more about Sven and his past – that leaves Lucy shocked (me too).
I'm on the edge of my seat impatiently waiting for the next installment although I'm curious to seeing where the story goes! Without reservations I highly recommend this book and the series.

"This is a very exciting series!"
This story line is incredible. The characters are awesome. This series is about several clans of Bear shifters the De Roziers,Robichaux, Veilleux, and the Le Roux. Tristan and Isabelle De Rozier are Polar bear shifters. Their clan was dying out so they made a plan to take over the Le Roux kingdom. Then Tristan finds out his true mate is Anne Le Roux so now Isabelle does not know if he is staying with the plan. In the last book Helga Tristan and Isabelle's mother takes off with Anne's car and billfold. This was not good as Helga is insane so the siblings go after her. When they find her they plan to bring her back home. At least this was what Tristan thought, but Isabelle has her own plans. Tori who just found out she is a Veilleux , and has just mated to Keith of the Le Roux clan finds out after Tori shifts that she is the Veilleux Alpha. Wow you will love this series with its mystery, suspense, intrigue, and super amazing Romance!. This is a must read 5-star plus book!

Omg people you need to buy this series asap, as in now don't wait just click buy buy buy. It's so good, each part pulls you in deeper and deeper into the amazing world v.Vaughn has made. Not only is it an epic storyline and the characters are amazing, but what makes this series so different is the feelings it causes you to have. I have never read a series where I cried, laughed,smiled,felt scared for and hoped for before. It pulls you emotional in and takes you on an epic journey. This is my top 5 favorite series of 2015. An absolute must have.

Wow! If you think you know what's going to happen in this installment you have some surprises coming. The suspense and the tension will have you on the edge of your seat until the very end.
Annie is going crazy at home waiting for Tristan to call. As she worries, what kind of trouble could Helga have gotten into.
As Isabelle drives to meet Tristan to help find their mother. Isabelle remembers what a dark childhood Helga put Tristan and Isabelle through as young children.
Keith and Tori are exploring their new relationship. As she stumbles across something new she can do.
Lucy thinks everything is great with her relationship with Sven until he tells her some unexpected news.
This whole series has been great by Violet but this installment was wonderful. You need to read it. I wish I had part 7 to start reading now.

There are a lot of important developments and you will want to grab a copy now and wait eagerly for part seven. Several of the characters get some big surprises in this part of the story.
Tori is is enjoying her new heightened senses and her relationship with Keith continues to become stronger.
Isabelle takes a surprising action and reveals a lot more about her past. She is in for a different future then she predicted. I have more respect for her now than I did with her plots to deceive others.
Another couple learns that being fated mates doesn't mean there won't be issues when she discovers some news about his past. (I am not ruining the secret)

Fantastic WOW
Ok where to began? This a werebear soap opera. So many stories so much fun!
Isabella and her mother Helga (as had any past woman from her family) have been cursed by a witch doctor that at 30 they start to ho nuts unless they find their true mate. Her mom is overy the top and took anna's car.
Isabella and her twin brother Tristan go after her to stop any destruction she has done or will do. Isabella knows the time has come for her to deal with her mom.
This was intense and wild. I love the way that V. Vaughn keep you on your toes and at the end if your seat. She is awesome. I can't wait until the next story !

Wow! This is the best one yet! I have enjoyed each part of this series, but number six--again--wow! So much is happening. We learn just how far Helga will go when she leaves and Isobel and Tristan have to go after her. Isobel makes a devastating decision. Tori leans much more that what it is like to be a bear--so much it will be hard to keep up but you won't want to miss a thing.
There is a touching scene with Sven and the triplets. And Lucy learns more about Sven and his past -- believe me it affects Lucy.
I am beside myself waiting to read more. DO NOT MISS THIS ONE. Talk about a surprise ending.

I got this in exchange for an honest review, I love this series so much I am so happy to have received every book so far and cant wait for the rest as well this series just keeps on getting better and better with each book in this one we see Tori in a whole different way and her finding out more about herself and there other characters secrets also comes out which is interesting in this one I felt like the mystery is getting clear yet there are still more to come which keeps me on edge to find out I know book 7 is going to be hotter than this since the events are getting better and better I recommend this series to everyone

OMG!!! What a wonderful next part of this exciting saga and the cliffhanger was awesome!!! I love how Tori has taken to being a werebear and how she is coming out of her she'll and willing to do what it takes to be who she is meant to be. Izzy is amazing and what she is willing to do for her family makes me want her to make it as long as she changes the plans that she has set forth. This part was exciting from start to finish and I was so upset that it ended! I want more now.

OMG!! I loved it!!! I was on the edge of my seat for most of this book. Tori is coming into her own with Keith's help. Helga throws Tristan and Isabelle for a loop. Annie is struggling being away from Tristan. I could go on and on but holy moley the ending just about killed me. Unbelievable cliff hanger. This is part 6 and the best of them all so far. I cant wait for the next one!!

Oh wow I so was not expecting that to happen. Yes I understand why she did that to her mother but what she was willing to do no didn't see that coming but looks like Isabella has a surprise coming. I don't know what Tristan and Annie are going to do or how to deal with that. Keith has some big changes coming but are they going to be ready? I didn't see that coming for his mate. What is she going to do about the wife? What is Luke you g to do now? I can't wait for the next part.

WOW could this get anymore exiting
I read this straight through without stopping. I really couldn't imagine this story could get anymore exciting. Tori is an Alpha, Lucy's mate is married, Izzy kills Helga and attempts to kill herself as well but is saved by her possible mate. I have no idea what to expect next. You are missing out if you are not reading this series. It's the best

I was given an ARC of 'Tempted by the Bear- part 6' from V. Vaughn, in exchange for an honest review.
Holy cow, this installment was filled with so many twists, I'm still getting over it. Then V gives us more of an insight into Tristan & Isabelle's childhood, man it was dark. So many revelations, facts, unexpected twists occur that have me wondering, just how this series will end. I was glued, entranced from start to finish & now can't wait to read the next installment.

Wow if you thought the cliffhanger in part 5 was bad, hold onto your socks cause part 6 is going to blow your mind! I hate to give spoilers so I’m not going to tell you what happens to Helga and Isabelle but believe me you will be shocked by all the twists and turns. This is such a phenomenal series!! I have to know how it ends!

Received the book for an honest review. Wow is all I have to say!! This series is really kicking it and Ms. Vaughn does like to keep us guessing. Book 6 of Tempted By a The Bear has Tori enlighten as to who she really is. Lucy finds out something about Sven she couldn't have possibly guessed at and Isabelle might have found the one person who could break the curse the women in her family have been burdened with. Gosh I can't wait for book 7 to see what happens next.

The best installment yet. So much going on. Things are about to change for the clans. The question is are they good or bad for them. This book dealt mostly with Isabella and Helga and Keith and Tori. But you still get what is going on with other characters. For being short books a lot of action is packed into them.

Izzy is done and decides to end the hell that is her mother, but I the process is rescued by a man who just might be her true mate. Tori is loving being a werebear and now her and Keith realize she just might be the new leader of the clan who killed Keith last mate , realizing they just might be able to make sure all the clans stay together.
