A decent book. Many Agile books talk about the general Agile process without really getting into how certain roles participate. This exploration of business analysts within an Agile context was nice to go through and contained a handful of nice insights. There could have been more compare/contrast content between Waterfall and Agile, and the case study could have been squeezed more than it was.
