"Aahh! Aahh! Aahh!" Following his wife's pointing finger, Church House's eyes came to a stop at what looked to be a baby doll, floating in the water. The wind blowing in contrast to the moving current caused the doll's hair to flow in another direction. Recognition sliced through Church House's heart. His body went numb, as his soul pleaded for mercy. It was his own little doll floating in the water…
A ghetto law is the law that we live by. Some hoods are governed by different laws, but there is one law that applies to every hood across the globe. Regardless of the city, state, or country. The universal law of the ghetto Retaliation is a Must.
Follow the continuation of Brett and Church House's lives as the sequel to Respect My Gangsta' chronicles the very adventures of what it truly means to be on top.
The boys in this story are some ruthless killers. What I love about the O.F.A is that they don't go around starting trouble, but if you come for them, they will definitely give you what you're seeking. Women and children, are off limits, unless, you touch their loved ones, then they definitely come for yours as well.
Church House, Albino, and Mr. Salache are my favorite characters by far. Church House oozes power, he's very observant, and he's a loner. He's far wiser than his age. Albino, is always underestimated due to the color of his skin. He never pretends to be something that he's not. Again, just like Church House, he never acts on emotions alone, he thinks before he reacts in any given situation. Mr. Salache is like the boy's mentor. The advice that he gives, you can't put money on it. He sees himself in Albino, and he always gives him mental stimulation.... with being a leader, you must always stay on your toes, and ready.
Retaliation is a Must, was a lot easier to read, than part one, and for that, it is definitely a 4-5 start rating. There were missing words, but the story was strong, and well written, and you get to know each and every character.
