A must read for a Church who will stand and make a difference.
There are so many must read books i know you have heard al it before but this is one not only different but i dare you to read it and not make a difference afterwards. Goliath is there (or was) there for the taking so what am i waiting for, well nothing new.
I just can't recommend this book enough to you, so i will leave you to it My new friend.

Excellent read!
Leif Hetland has done it again. This book is inspirations and instructive. Hetland give the keys to becoming and remaining giant slayers. His writing is practical yet holds the power to pull us up and into destiny. This one will stay on my shelf for future reference.

2.5 stars.
It’s not horrible. He offers some good ideas, but it seems like more self help than Christianity. All about positivity and accomplishment and doing great things. That’s fine, but most of the saints are focused more on humility and repentance than positivity and success. He’s not necessarily wrong in some of what he says, I just think it’s an anachronistic approach with historical Christianity. But maybe I’m anachronistic with most of Christianity today. Who knows.

Well worth your time to read this book!!! An easy read full of revelation and easy to follow steps to overcome your giants and receive the rewards God wants to bless you with. Great questions at the end of each chapter to make you think and to share in a book study group! Read this book.

Eye opening
I never realized the number of object lessons that could be learned from the story of David and Goliath! This book was eye opening, and I could use those lessons in my daily life immediately.

I’ve been working my way through this book for a while now but it is so so rich. Such good insight on tools for spiritual warfare & a really beautiful unpacking of the beginning of David’s story. Definitely recommend reading if you’re fighting for ground in your life!

This book was so helpful for where I'm at in my life. Sickness has its grip on me for now and this book reminded me of the war I need to fight and called me to fight it well. Check it out!

This is a very encouraging book on overcoming life's obstacles. I enjoyed it and will read it again. His personal stories were comforting knowing someone else had been through difficulties.

This book was very good. It focuses on the story of David and Goliath and points out things that I've never heard or understood before. Then it uses those facts to apply them to your current life and challenges. It gave me courage to face some challenges in my life. Well written and instructive.

February 26, 2018Excellent book! Well written. Many life experiences from the author's life. The title essentially sums up the book. This is the kind of book you will read more than once-a keeper. Applications from the book are being applied to my life.
