Rebecca wears her emotions like a winter coat. All wrapped up in a cozy, protective layer of anger and lust. It’s her standard operating procedure. I don’t mind. She’s beautiful when she lashes out at me.

Five AMAZING I love Knox Stars

This is the third volume of Knox and. . .

Volume 2 ended with several questions left unanswered and I was hoping to get those dang answers this time around, but of course that would be too easy.
Instead I got inside Knox's head-- Man, did I love it! His crazy vendetta took a backseat because much more valuable things are at stake! And right when I thought we were getting somewhere.

A giant freaking curveball is thrown at me! And I'm all...

And my poor brain is trying to wrap itself around that piece of information and then the author goes and does me wrong! I knew it was guna end in a cliffhanger, I thought I had prepared myself for it, but that shit was just cruel!

Cassia Leo! You're evil and stuff! But I love you, so keep bringing on the delicious Knox!

That’s it, I give up! I tried very hard to like this novella series but I don’t think that it’s for me.

In the third installment we have more than one POVs and no romance at all. I don’t like Knox or anyone else because I don’t understand them. I can’t feel the love between Know and Rebecca and the whole Mafia situation was kind of boring.

So, that’s it for me. I can’t continue reading this novella series. That doesn’t mean that it’s bad, I just don’t have any connection and that’s a huge problem for me. If you like these stories, maybe you should give it a try!

Actual Rating: 4.5 Stars!

Volume 3 picks up pretty much where Volume 2 left off. Volume 3 is a very quick read and is mostly told from Knox's pov. I enjoyed getting to see what was going on in his head and seeing what he really feels for Rebecca. We did get to see a little from Rebecca and even one chapter from August's pov.

Volume 3 had some great steamy flashbacks of Rebecca and Knox. There was also no shortage of action and suspense.

Once again, we are left with a crazy cliffhanger and a surprising revelation! Looking forward to seeing what happens next!!

OMG! I can't take much more. This series is seriously keeping me on the edge of my seat. We find out that August really loves Rebecca, which won't end well for him. Knox is crazy in love with her and will stop at nothing to find her. And oh yes this ends in a major cliffhanger. I'm so ready for vol. 4!!!

The Knox series is a four book short story series that I will be reviewing all four books at one time in one review that will be posted on all four books. I figured it would be easier doing it this way then doing each one individually.

The first one begins with Rebecca getting told that she needs to meet with her father, so she goes with the goons that were sent after her. The problem is when she gets to the meeting it isn't her father, but a man named Knox who is working to help her father not go to a jail for a murder she witness when she was a teenager. There is also another problem this man reminds her of a man she has been dreaming of for years, and she can't seem to fight the attraction. Through there journey she finds out the truth about this man, and what he is truly after. She also ends up with her life in danger, and finding out some new information about love and loss. This short series has a lot of drama, action, and romance all rolled into one.

This series kept me pretty intrigued with it for the most part. I really liked the plot line, and I loved Knox. But I just didn't care for Rebecca. She's the main reason why the rating is lower than it could have been. Rebecca was suppose to be a cop, yet when she wasn't at work, or heck even when she was at work it never stated anything about her having any kind of weapon or anything on her. I thought that was a little bit odd. And it almost seemed like she couldn't fight to defend herself. However, in the last book with everything that happened I think she did a pretty good job, but it still didn't redeem her in my eyes. Other than that I loved the mystery of Knox, and what his issues were until later on. And I also loved how the last few books were in his point of view, it really made it much more interesting to read. Over all these books were really interesting, and I really did like them.

I may be repeating myself here but this series just keeps getting better and better. And Knox Oh how I love that man.

Knox Volume 3 picks up exactly where we left off. Knox is on a mission to find out who took Rebeca and where they took her. He will stop at nothing to save her. Rebecca is his first priority and we see how much he loves her in this installment. We knew he loved her but being that this volume is mostly in his POV we see just how much. I love getting inside his head. This volume was another quick read and while some questions were answered we are still left trying to figure out what is going on.

The ending.....Holy Crap!!! That is all I am going to say. I did not see that one coming at all. And I am left wondering what will happen next, with a bunch of theories swirling through my head.

The first book that I read of Cassia Leo's was her Luke series and that is where my love affair with her writing started. I fell in love with her writing and Luke himself. But Knox, oh I think I am loving him just as much as I loved Luke, and possible even more. He is sexy, dominating, powerful and has a little bit of a sick sense of humor that I love. I want nothing more than for him and Rebecca to find their happily ever after. I need book 4 like yesterday. Cassia knows how to completely draw you in and leaves you wanting more. Amazing!!

If you have not read any of this series yet then start now!!

KNOX (VOL. 3) by CASSIA LEO

This serial just keeps getting better and better. And now in Knox's POV, it's just pure and raw testosterone. IDK how Cassia Leo does it but she is just amazing. I like that this is in Knox's POV and somehow fans got to see a side of him, pure him. In the last 2 books, it seems like (at least for me and for some scenes) that he is just using Rebecca as someone who he can get off. I mean he didn't really expressed his feelings in a passionate and romantic way than (sorry for the lack of a better word) ufcgnik her. Don;t get me wrong, I like that he is so caveman but sometimes a guy needs to be gentle and he was never gentle. Maybe he was, a bit but it goes away after a few seconds but in this book he expressed it. Too bad Rebecca wasn't there to see nor hear it. And oh, plus points for the gesture he made towards the end of the book. Very nice.

There are secrets that is yet to be revealed and I cannot wait to read what that secrets are. I bet it will leave us shocked and speechless. If you haven't read this new serial from Cassia Leo, you should give it a try. I know there are a lot of serials out there nowadays and I love em. I like serials and I think that Knox should be included in your list as well. :)

**Spoilers**

Volume 3

Volume 2 left us with yet another amazing cligghanger with such potential and YET AGAIN there is NO explanation! It went from Rebecca's best friend Lita being abducted, to all of a sudden Rebecca has been kidnapped as well?!? Who kidnapped Lita and Rebecca?

ALL OVER THE PLACE!

August is brought back into the story to help Knox find Rebecca. You see in this volume how much August appears to genuinely love Becky (as he likes to call her).
"She may be Rebecca to Knox. But to me she's still my Becky." -August
"And your going to find Becky. Because you're not the only one with money and influence than the police force. And you're not the only one who loves her." -August
Even after this revelation, he doesn't fight for her in the end?

This whole volume revolves around Knox getting Rebecca back. Most of if is in Knox's POV, with 1 chapter in August's POV and some chapters in Rebecca's POV. The reader gets to see the ruthless, cunning side of Knox. He isn't afraid to kill to get what he wants...and what he wants is Rebecca back, alive.

Will Knox get Rebecca back?!?

We are left with yet another cliffhanger...go figure.

Fingers crossed we don't get left hanging on how this cliffhanger plays out.

This was the most exciting installment of the story so far. Volume 3 is almost entirely from Knox’s point of view. I am so glad we got to get inside his head for a while. He is such a complex character and up until now his motives have remained somewhat of a mystery. His need for revenge is clear, but the details of the events leading to the moment that sealed Knox’s fate were a bit hazy. As the mystery of Knox’s past comes to light, the storyline begins to round itself out and we get to meet some key players. We finally get to see a bit of Rebecca’s father and get a feel for the type of man he is and how he feels about his daughter. I’m not usually big on serials unless I can get the whole story at once, because I tend to lose interest getting only a little piece of the story at a time. The complexity of the characters and the carefully crafter storyline in Knox has kept me coming back for more, anxiously awaiting the resolution to this story. Once again, Cassia leaves us with a shocking revelation and a “what the hell” moment to cling to while we await the final volume in Knox’s story.

Why???

Damn, I really really hate serials. This cliffhanger kills me! Hurry up volume four please. I might not care for the characters or there morals but somehow I still root for them. The way the author writes immerses me into the violence, excitement, and intrigue of this very dark underground world and care about characters I usually find repulsive. The obsessive love the main characters have for each other gives the story an even darker component since their love results from a violent twisted world full of suffering, no rainbows and flowers. The action and edge-of-your-seat, hold-your-breath-until-your-face-turns-blue, heart-pounding anticipation leaves you screaming for more.

Two things I didn't like though: the back door scenes which don't add sexiness and for once I need a writer to make the woman the tough, violent, powerful, vengeful, white knight saving her man. This book gives us another weak obsessive female.

I definitely suggest people read this series and enjoy the thrills, action, and intrigue even if some of the sex scenes lack a sexiness. The rest of the story makes up for it. Enjoy the series my fellow bookworms!

Wow.. Just wow.. Need more now!

Just finished Knox #3 and my mind has been blown yet again by Cassia Leo. This short serial novella has everything - suspense, steamy love scenes, murder, mobsters and so much more. What more can a girl ask for?!?!?! Except a Knox of her own. (wink wink).
A cliffhanger ending will keep you guessing till the next and last installment.

(Disclaimer: Must read Knox #1 & #2 before reading this volume of the Knox - 4 part series... Knox #4 due out around the end of April or beginning oKnox: Volume 1Knox: Volume 2f May 2014)

Oh heck! this is going to be a hell of a ride!

Again my reservations of Knox are quietly kept back.
When Lila gets taken, and we go straight into Vol.3 I was thinking.. crap whats going on -

So we find out that Rebecca and Lila are being held together!

Knox really does have deep feelings for Rebecca, still not sure about August! he needs to leave well alone!

Knox has a good heart, and has been in hiding for a long time, but his feelings for Rebecca were as strong as ever. He had a romantic side, just had it hidden!

We learn that Knox is hiding John, Rebecca's father away and then we are on the edge of our seats again, when the cars are ambushed. Oh my word! Knox is the last man standing, when he finds out something he most definitely was not expecting! Flipping Heck!

Once again, book 3 didn't follow on from book 2 until several pages in. I actually re-read the end of book 2 to make sure I had it right because there was no flow into book 3.

This could have been a really good story if it was a full length novel but by bringing it out as a series, there's so much information about the characters missing, there's no development of them. The author seems like she is in a race to bang out another part and produce another cliffhanger.

At about a 100 pages per book, if it was all combined, it could have been a really good book with all the elements you expect from a novel, but this is just hitting below the mark for me.

I will read the concluding book, so it's not totally awful, but it could have been sooo much better as a complete book.

so can I just say I love Knox and the more I get of his and Rebecca's Story I crave more. maybe this is just the greedy reader coming out of me but Cassia has a way with her writing that truly draws you in and keeps you interested and involved with the characters up until the very last word on the page. So in Knox Volume 3 Rebecca has been kidnapped and Knox is trying to do all he can to find her! I also loved that we got this volume in Konx's POV it gave us as readers a chance to see things thorough his eyes and she just what Rebecca really means to Knox Salvage! The end with the was a surprise and I can't wait for Knox Volume 4

So with the ending of Knox #2, I was so excited to read this installment. And boy, does it starts off with a bang! As you can tell from the synopsis Rebecca has been kidnapped and Knox will do anything to find her. The story progresses with him doing exactly that. I can't say anymore without giving too much away. But that last chapter had me on the edge of my seat and that ending- oh man! I need #4 like yesterday. This installment is full of suspense and intensity. I love Knox even more especially because of what he will do for Rebecca. I loved that this was in his POV and getting to read exactly what he was thinking. If you're looking for a suspenseful hot read this is it. 4.5 stars

As a fan of the mob genre this book was everything and more. From Knox's desperation to his ruthlessness in his vengeance in getting back the one he loves. His interrogation scenes were almost hard to read. So real and vivid I felt like a third character in the story. Though beyond the ruthlessness he is a caring man who just wants to give the girl he loves the world. We still have no idea if Rebecca is pregnant as her friend Lita was kidnapped by the enemy. The cliffhanger was the "father" of all cliffhanger. So many questions answered and plenty more left unsaid. August must play a bigger role than we can see. What does he have to lose and what does he have to gain?

I liked this story a lot, but it only got three stars for two reasons. The story felt like it was missing pieces as it went from chapter to chapter. For example, a significant event happened and she needed to tell him, but decided to wait a day. Suddenly several chapters later he knows. If it was such a big event I feel that follow-up is needed. Second, there was a flow problem. It seemed like when she did not know what to say to transition, sex was added as a distraction. I know that is not the case, but it felt very off all the same. The big bonus is that the plot is there and the bones are good. It just needs a little polish.

Wow, this series just gets better and better, book three will have you hanging onto the edge of your seat, and at the end, your heart will be lodged in your throat. This book is action packed and Knox is definatley someone who you dont want to mess with, but one thing is obvious, and that is his love for Rebecca. Lots of turns and twists in book three and so many things are going through my mind at the moment, I am like a detective trying to work out what is going to happen next, this series has me hooked and I cant wait for the final installment.

I am loving this series! My only complaint is that I read them too quickly! Like the previous two books, Knox 3 is a fast-paced read that is hard to put down. In this installment, Rebecca has been abducted and Knox is desperate to find her.

Knox 3 is told from his point of view, and tells us more of the backstory involving Knox and Rebecca's families, and other mob bosses.

It's a bit of a mindf**k in the best possible way! There is a big cliffhanger ending, so be prepared to go nuts waiting for Knox 4!

The third installment of this series is making this it more and more intense!! Knox and Rebecca have an incredible relationship that is put through the test. In this book, we get to finally meet Rebecca’s father, John, the mob boss. But the circumstances around meeting him are not what you expected. They are on a mission to save Rebecca…will they get there on time, or will they be too late? Will everyone survive this battle? Stay tuned to find out.
3.5 stars for this novella and I cannot wait until the next book comes out!!
