This read was just "ok" for me. Nothing overly memorable, and quite preditable . I will still likely give the next book in this series a try. Thankfully it was offered as a kindleunlimited.

I feel the world building in this series is continuing, but I left the book with questions unanswered. I don't know if I am disappointed after the first book was so promising or just ok, since this is a common theme I have while reading Ms. Bolryder's series. Well, I am off to read the third book in the series, here's hoping for 4 STARS. *fingers crossed*

A Tiger's Treasure
How Terry Bolryder keeps coming up with such great stories is beyond me. I'm in no way complaining, I'm just eagerly waiting on the next book, then, the next series. Thank goodness for authors like this so that us poor readers have something magical in our lives.

Treasure of the Heart
This is a fun read. Sure there are some dark moments but the strength of the two main characters carried the day. Carter is a serious, focused, tiger shifter who is a police detective. His new partner Amy is an alpha wolf shifter. She's searching for answers to her parents deaths, but it becomes clear it's a dangerous mystery to solve. Carter is determined to be impersonal and entirely professional with Any. But as the dangers around Amy increase, Carter finds his tiger only wants to protect her. This book is filled with vengeful wolves, calculating dragons and powerful tigers; Following the cultural peculiarities of shifter society it's fascinating as you try to follow the twists and turns of the story. But it's the little things, such as a tipsy tiger shifter getting his bearings as best he can, that keep the reader involved in this book. The transformation of our two heroes into people who treasure each other is the heart of the story.

I read this book as part of a boxset which I own.
Carter is a tiger shifter who is a police's detective. His new partner, Amy, is a wolf shifter - a very hot wolf shifter. She isn't aware that he is a shifter since tiger shifters don't have a scent that other species can pick up. She thinks he is a simple human.
I am not going to tell you any more of the story. Both Carter and Amy have secrets and both of them are hot for the other. Can these two work partners figure out a way to be more?

I enjoyed this book much more than I did book 1. I felt there was more plot this time than the previous story in the series. It was fast paced, sweet, sexy, and had some action. I liked both the main characters equally and also like how the author added in a little tidbit with the dragons. I'm looking forward to reading more in this series!

Another of Terry Bolryder’s books her stories are quite short but her world building goes over all her different series’s. This is the second in the Tiger protectors and it links in more with the dragons and we learn a bit more about how the tigers came to be! Also we get to see another of the 3 brothers mates. A decent read for those that love shifter books.

Probably my favourite Terry Bolryder novel so far. Many of the novels in the past have felt more steamy and less plot development; whereas A Tiger's Treasure focused somewhat more on plot and had some minor character development.
If you are after some smut, this series is fine. If you want something more heartfelt with character growth then I suggest looking else where.

I love Shifters!!
I Truly do love Terry Bolryder's shifters! They are sweet, loving and crazy in love with their mates. Their mates can make them mad, crazy and very vengeful when it comes to protecting them. I love all her characters in all her books!

Big brother has his hands full with his new partner Amy! I loved the circling these characters did and how honesty made their ride WAY smoother. I couldn't put it down! Seriously I should be sleeping right now.

3 1/2 stars. I enjoyed the story.(when I finely got to finish reading it). I liked Amy and Carter both strong people. I would have liked a like more depth and development of the story. But it was still a good read.

I see growth
The more books Bolryder writes, the more sophisticated they become. Even though there is still some cheese, the characters themselves mentioned that, there is also some meat. Though a bit simplistic, this wasn't a bad cop story. Way to grow.

Another good read, where we find out more about our tiger brothers. And find more action, drama, an mating! I would totally recommend this book and series.

So rare tiger shifters have dragon blood in them hmmmm interesting I guess that's why Carter always felt like AMy was his treasure and he wanted to treasure her forever such a good short read.

Until he meets his new partner, Amy. Suddenly his tiger is very interested in this wolf shifter. She might not know just yet that he is a shifter, but she feels the attraction as well. Too bad that she’s also holding back secrets – secrets that could get them both killed.
A Tiger’s Treasure is a solid romance with intrigue, danger, mystery and some burn up the sheets sexual moments between Carter and Amy. It’s obvious that these two belong together as true mates, it’s also obvious that they each have secrets that they’ll need to trust each other enough to divulge the truth before it can harm them.
Two very stubborn, determined to do the right thing characters will charm and provoke the reader as they dance around their true feelings for each other. The mystery involving Amy is a tight, engaging thread throughout the story. I had my suspicions – but the reveal was done quite excellently.

Terry Bolryder is a awesome writer when comes to her critters. She can write awesome bear stories, awesome tiger stories, and if truth be told I bet she can write some awesome dragon stories too. Time will tell. Terry tells a story here about a tiger and wolf and their relationship as co workers.
Carter Cunningham is a tiger shifter who is also a cop by trade. Tiger shifters are rare. and he is also working for the dragons, so his cop job is low key, his partner doesn't even know his a cat shifter because only cat shifters can smell each other. Other shifters cannot smell them, so that gives Clark lead way in doing his job. The other shifters on the force doesn't know he is one.

She is working at the the precinct in hopes to find out why there were so many holes in her father and mother's murder. Well many more surprises to come out so you will have to read this awesome book in order to find out about them. I am not gonna tell ya about them. Actually if you have not read any of Terry's books, well you need to read them all. They are AMAZING!!!

Betcha thought K9s and felines don't mix. Well if you are a tiger shifter and she is a alpha wolf they do and is it hot! THE 2nd TIGER BOOK IS BETTER THAN THE FIRST!
I am so glad I took a chance on book 2 of "Tiger Protectors" series. This book had more detail in the characters and their emotions annnddd we meet The Dragons!
I got a much better feel for Cal and Amy than I did for Jace and his mate. I am now looking forward to the 3rd book about Kel. I like the "humanity" of "Terry Bolryder's shifters. They suffer some of the same weaknesses and insecurities that we do. I really enjoyed that about the characters. So often, shifters are larger than life bulldozing their way through the "weaker humans" and it is a nice change of pace to relate to the shifters and their troubles.
This is a good romance book. It doesn't have an overabundance of erotica used as filler and there is danger, action, mystery, romance and some great subplots. I am happy to recommend this book to paranormal romance adult readers. I am headed to get book 3 and will review it when done. KUDOS Ms. Bolryder on a tale well told.

November 5, 2015Carter is a police detective. His partner, Amy is an alpha wolf female. The story starts off with them entering in to a house where a suspected serial killer might be. The action is fast and furious. Both partners are confused by the feelings they have for each other and both are hiding secrets. Amy knows Carter is a workoholic with no outside interest. She also thinks he is a human and alpha wolf females are expected to mate with other alpha wolves. Carter is a tiger shifter who hides that he is a shifter. He also goes after rogue shifters. He believes he has no time for a relationship. He believes that any mate for him would be in too much danger so he is determined to stay single. Both Carter and Amy know that they should not get closer but their feelings and their animals think differently. It was fun watching them struggle between their hearts and heads.
Plus there is the whole cats and dog thing.
