I was trying to think of a super amazing story to share about my life, but as I sat here and thought, I realized that I didn’t have one. I was very pleased with this read. Boss: Still Intrigued picked up where Intrigued by a Boss leaves off. Although Neicy is now engaged to Tez, she is still battling with her feelings for Boss, who may have to become a permanent fixture in their lives. More secrets are revealed and flirting here and there leave both Neicy and Boss, struggling with what’s right vs. what’s real. I also enjoyed seeing more develop with supporting characters such as Dee and Al, who we were able to learn more about in this installment.

Danielle Marcus did a great job delivering this story. The storyline was great with excellent character development and consistent details and narratives throughout the entire read. I recommend Boss: Still Intrigued to any reader of urban fiction who enjoy a steady paced urban love drama. Although the author stated this story concludes this series, I would love to see a spin-off revolving Dee and Al, that also included updates on Toshi and Tez.

OMG... I loved this series

This was truly a great series. The ppl in the book was awesome. I feel in love with Boss and Neicy. I felt bad for Toshi and what she went through but I feel they relationship was over they out grew each other and staying for Garvin jr... I believe Neicy was his soul mate and had his heart right from the start. Dee and Al was a perfect match as well... I wish it was another part but I’ll wait for the spin off.. Thanks for a great read!

Neicy and Boss had the most going on. I still felt bad for how Tez was being treated even though Don played a role in him and Neicy getting together. I liked Al and was glad he stopped settling for what Dee was taking him through without considering his feelings. Toshi was as thorough as they come but very underappreciated. I applauded her for trying to hold on to her marriage but realizing some things must come to an end. Once she took the initiative and decided enough was enough I was happy for her. I can't say I'm too thrilled with Neicy and Boss because they were being selfish in the beginning and staying in situations that could've been avoided had they kept it real. In the end it worked out for some and just in case Boss and Neicy pop up again, I hope she'll be able to say Boss didn't take her through the same thing he did with Toshi.

I so enjoyed this series...even though Boss & Toshi didn't make it I'm glad they had an ending with no drama and glad she knows her worth and feels she deserves so much more!! Buttttttt i so love Boss & Neicy together and I'm happy they got there happy ending.. I like Al & Dee too i like how he told her she got to learn how to go get it and not depend on dudes to do it for her!!! So happy ending to Boss & Neicy and Al & Dee!! If Ms Marcus write the spin off Al & Dee I'm definitely going to ready to read that!! Great series Danielle Marcus

Enjoyed

I really enjoyed this series. I never thought I’d see the day when Boss would change and for a woman at that. Neicy was that woman! I wish I knew more about her wack ass dad Don! I wasn’t expecting that angle. I glad that Toshi is able to move on from Boss. He didn’t deserve her. He couldn’t be better for her but he could be better for Neicy. Dee was hilarious but finally made a smart move with Al. I would like to see more of them. I will be stalking amazon for more releases from this author for sure!

Loved It

Danielle has done it again with this Certified Banger. She knows how to put words together like no other. This book shows you that your Heart can't help who it loves. Boss is cocky yet he goes hard for what he loves and Neicy has had his heart since their first encounter I am glad they finally realized it before it was too late. The same for Al and Dee I cannot wait to see what books Danielle has in the near future because I am a fan for LIFE.

Good read

Enjoyed the book although the end was a bit rushed to be honest. I understand leaving a few openings for spin-offs but the way Neicy ended it with Tez was a bit fast. Then she jumps right into Boss's arms like she wasn't just engaged living with another man. Then Toshi just gave up, after all that nonsense and catching a body she just bows out. She should have done that years ago, she just seemed to drag things to quit. Why? Still a good read and follow up though.

I understand the first book had a lot of drama to set the story up, but this book was a letdown. There was so much unnecessary drama I just started skipping pages. I wanted so much more from Niecey & Boss - I wanted to see their relationship evolve but it never did. I never felt any love between them it fell flat. We never got to see them in a relationship it was always going back and forth between his wife and Tez. Nothing was resolved until the end of the book and it was a rushed ending.

Let me say this Boss really got on my nerves like dude you have a whole family but still wants Niecy stupid tail. Niecy is what you call a dumb woman like girrrrl you would rather be a side chic than the main one. Tez seems too be a good guy and i don't care if her daddy did set it up. This is one book by this author that i wasn't feeling at all

Great job with part 2. I couldn't asked for a better ending. I wasn't really feeling Boss in part 1 but he grew on me and part 2. I would loved to read a spin off about Al and Dee.

Good ending

Enjoyed this two part series. Danielle Marcus always delivers. Boss was the man although he cheated in his wife he still tried to remain loyal but the heart wants what the heart wants and in his case it was Niecy. Great job Danielle.

A perfect ending with an example of you can't run from true love. I love this author's writing. The storyline flowed effortlessly and held my attention. Excited to see which character might get their own story out of this book. 5 star read!!

Great story

I loved Boss and Neicy. I'm glad they got their act together, I love how Dee finally let love in to be with Al. This was a great story I hope too see a spin-off with Toshiba and Dee and Al. This is a must read series loved it.

Great read

This was a great read with a pretty happy ending. So glad the author didn't unnecessarily drag it out to parts 5 and 6 like some stories. She gave us just enough.
