Αγαπημένο βιβλίο.... Ακόμα μεγαλύτερο το συναίσθημα όταν βλέπεις 5χρονα παιδιά να συγκινούνται!!!

First let me explain that this is wrongly listed as an edition of the actual Erotokritos ballad! No, sir, this cover belongs to the abridged version for children, with devastatingly gorgeous illustrations by Oksana Chaus, which I couldn't take my eyes off at all. Byzantine artwork surrounding 17th century talk of death??? Reading this to my future kids will be imperative. I personally think that the publisher did a great job not only choosing this particular artwork to embellish the text, but also converting the language into an easier, yet still recognizable standard text for children. Also, thank god they left out the problematic parts.
