I read each of these stories when they were first released individually. This is a great set and a great deal to get them all in one place. Below are my reviews from a couple of the included stories.
Hometown Hero:
I loved this story. Skye and Chase both had crushes on each other in high school but neither one ever did anything to pursue it. Now they are adults - she is divorced and working at the school, and he is a professional baseball player. They run into each other while he is in Marietta resting from an injury and checking up on his little brother.
These characters were both so lovable. I really liked how down to earth Chase was considering his status as a well known ball player. The story was nice and sweet and I found myself getting a tad choked up at the end.
The Bachelor's Baby:
Meg is the reason Linc ended up in the bachelor auction. So the night of the auction she decides to bid on him, and ends up in a bidding war with Linc himself. Sparks fly, and after one fun night together she goes back to Chicago. Only to end up with a surprise a couple months later.
I really liked Linc and how he cared more about doing something with his life and working with his hands rather than just making money. His shock at Meg's news was understandable. I really enjoyed how neither one wanted to trap the other or get anything out of it, other than what was best for the baby.
This was a wonderful story, and I especially loved the ending.

I purchased a copy of Hometown Hero (Love in Montana #1; Montana Born Homecoming #3; A Year of Love in Marietta book 1; Firefighters of Montana book 2 Scorch/Vincent ) by Dani Collins and this review was given freely.
A misunderstanding and indiscrete comments result in a rocky runion for injured major league pitcher Chase who has returned to Marietta Montana to watch over his brother and in the process reunites with the high school crush he did not pursue, the now highschool secretary, Skye. Such topics as under age drinking, Alocholism, acknowledging gay orientation,vindictive jealousy, and overcoming fears to obtain and maintain a loving relationship are discussed in this steamy second chance at love sports related romance.

California nail salon owner and single parent Liz attends a Christmas party at the engaged Skye and Chase's house in Montana finally allowing her to experience the family Christmas she had always wanted while also reuniting her with the man who used to be her sister in law's husband, the rancher Blake. This is a steamy and erotic novella with two single parents finding happiness while trying to navigate through uncaring controlling families, being unexpectedly found together by their children, figuring out how to keep the ranch , and showing each other and the children what love and family really means.

This four book boxed set is full of romance! Each story just flows from one to another in a seamless story. Story one-Hometown Hero is Skye and Chase's story. Blame the Mistletoe is Liz and Blake's romance.We find Meg and Linc in The Bachelors Baby and we finish with Piper and Sebastian (Bastian) in His Blushing Bride. Each story will reel you in, and keep you enthralled in each of their stories. You won't want to put these down! Marietta really is a town full of down home roots, understanding, compassion and love!

Wonderful book !
This book was amazing! What I really liked was the way one book mashed into the next so you knew all the players.It was light hearted and touching.By the end you felt like they were all like family to you,you knew them so well.I can't wait to read more of her work.

Wow! I was sucked in from the very beginning with this book. I loved Skye and Chase, to Piper and Uncle Sea Bass. And my favorite part is the epilogue(s). I love when you get to finish out their weddings, or pregnancies, or whatever is going on in the characters lives. Ms Collins does that superbly in her books. Ready to start reading another series! Enjoy.

What a great series! Each could be a stand alone but reading them in order made lots of sense! Thoroughly enjoyed this read. Can't wait to read more from this author and this little town of Marietta!

A cute romance
An embarrassing encounter between a small town girl and a big time baseball player brings two unlikely people together. It was fun watching the drama unfold and how they worked it to their advantage.
Skye Wolcott Baynard and Chase Goodwin both went to school together but never even had a friendship. Chase is back in town recovering for surgery and helping out at the school in order to spend more time with his younger brother. Skye is the school secretary. After a scandal, they find themselves attracted to each other and agree to spend the time together while he is in town.
How will their relationship work when they both realize they want more? Skye is content on living in Marietta Montana and Chase is always on the road with his team. Will they come to a mutual agreement or will they part ways when Chase is called out of town and gets the ok to return to playing ball?

Linc was new in town. How the heck did he get roped into being one of the town’s bachelors up for bid? Sure it was to help out a little boy. But this was definitely not his style. He considers himself a confirmed bachelor. He supposes he could handle the high class news reporter who bid on him for one night.
When the date ends up with them in bed something very unexpected happens. Meg ends up pregnant. How will Linc take the news?
This was a fun and quick book. The topic of an unexpected pregnancy is nothing new to romance books. But the story is written well and makes it worth reading.

This one they met while in South America. Piper was too busy to be entertaining visitors right now. But this stranger turned out to be so much more than she expected. Piper couldn’t take her eyes off him.
Sebastian Bloom was in town for his sister’s wedding. He didn’t expect to stay in Marietta for longer than that. He just wanted to meet his future brother-in-law and make sure he is right for his sister. He has seen a lot of bad marriages and wants to make sure his sister is marrying someone nice.
Piper and Bastian end up spending a lot of time together and soon the attraction for each other grows and they become lovers. Piper knows Bastian is leaving soon and doesn’t plan on getting attached to him. She is just ready to lose her virginity and Bastian seems the right man for the job. What is a girl to do when she realizes she is falling in love with a man who doesn’t plan on sticking around?
If you are looking for a quick book to read in one sitting this is one for you. I always enjoy a happily ever after and revisiting Marietta Montana.

An embarrassing encounter between a small town girl and a big time baseball player brings two unlikely people together. It was fun watching the drama unfold and how they worked it to their advantage.

After a scandal, they find themselves attracted to each other and agree to spend the time together while he is in town.

The first story is about a misunderstanding that blows up in both of their faces. They went to school but she ended up marrying someone else. He went on to fame and fortune when he became a professional player. He is back due to an injury and checking up with his family. She is divorced and hurting over her own dreams that were shattered. But when he lets her know that he has always wanted her things change. Can these two people have the life of a loving family together?
The next story is about two people who were only related by their marriages to siblings. Each are now divorced and their children are cousins. He owns a ranch in Montana, she is from California. She gets hooked into watching her ex mother in law's dog for the month. They both have been given raw deals from their ex's. What happens when they get together and there is enough chemistry between them to get their own dream of happiness?
The third one is about Linc and Meg plus an accidental pregnancy. He was only going to be there a short time. But now both face the lingering effects of a child. What happens when they find out will it drive them apart? Or will the sparks from the one night be more lasting?

A wonderful boxed set of four books that take place in Marietta, Montana. I have read them all individually and loved them all. A great price for four books! My two favorite are

A fun holiday romance that takes you back to Marietta. Liz has agreed to come to take care of her ex mother in-law's dog, while her daughter vacations her father. She meets Blake, her ex brother in law at a party, where sparks fly. Can it just be a fling? I fell in love with these two right away.

Linc a rich oil tycoon, new to Marietta. He really does not want to be part of this, he even starts bidding on himself against Meg. Meg is only in town for one more night, so Linc gives her a night that she will not forget.

I've read these stories, I'll focus on The Bachelor's Baby:
Meg "tricks" Linc into entering the bachelor auction. They're playing a game of cat and mouse, have different priorities in life and life's goals, but they can't deny the attraction. One night of passion, and they go back to separate lives. But, surprise, mother nature has other plans. Can they make co-parenting work? Taking it to the next level isn't something they planned, but as they spend more time together, they can't deny the chemistry, budding love, and the issues keeping them apart fall by the wayside one at a time. Sometimes, unplanned miracles are just what two people need in life and love.

I've read and loved all the stories in this set. Set in the fictitious own of Marietta Montana, they showcase Dani Collins' talent as an author of warm heartfelt romance with just the right amount of sexy.
Blame The Mistletoe s one of the stories n this set and it is a favourite of mine. Liz and Blake are characters that I warmed to right away. The sparks between them felt genuine, and the comfortable way they slotted in to each other's lives worked beautifully. I found myself cheering them on as they both dealt with their exes, and smiling as they brought their existing children into the relationship. This was an all round heartwarming story.
