OMG, this is going to be such a great series, I can't wait for the next book to find out how Miri's first match goes.
Well Miri is fighting her feelings cause she is so afraid of heartache after a nasty break up with a human and especially with a bear shifter, any shifter cause she has avoided her kind all her life. But how can she run a match agency for shifters if she is so against one for herself? Will she be able to resist her attraction to the gorgeous sexy Malcolm, or will Malcolm be able to worm his way into Miri's bed after all he has such a way with those sexy words of his.
I love the sexy talk Malcolm has, he can talk to me anytime, he is so hot!
I think Naomi should go with bad boy Tyler, but then I have a thing for those bad boys....LOL I can't wait to find out who she chooses!

As hard as she fought the attraction between her and Malcolm it took crazy acts from these rogue elves for her to give in. She knew he was her mate but she was scared. I would have loved to see what happened to her ex.

Miri swears off dating after she catches her live-in boyfriend booking a weekend away with a work colleague.
She moves out and thinks about starting again. She’s a cougar shifter who has never liked dating her own kind, but her friend Jenn has a new bear in her life, and she suggests Miri take a look at his friend, Malcolm.

The first chapter in my ebook is unreadable. Each page is a different font, it skips parts, it repeats parts, bold, italics… it’s a mess.
And I probably shouldn’t have tried to read any more… it’s the content that is not so good after that.
She hates all other women, especially skinny ones, she goes on about big tits when she’s supposed to be super curvy herself, she’s a shifter who won’t date other shifters, but she’s heard that all bear guys are well endowed (not that it matters to her… riiiight), she’s desperate to fuck and then she freaks out when a guy flirts with her… she’s a mess. And not in a good way. There is just nothing about this character that I like.
And the dialogue? It’s awful
Ugh… that’s not a master, honey.
She wants to start a dating business just for single shifters (why? She hates dating her own kind?) but admits that she knows nothing about tech. She wants to put a two way mirror in her apartment so that people can watch their prospective dates… wtf? Isn’t that… I dunno… illegal? And they are shifters; they should be able to scent and hear the other person anyway. And anyway it's in her apartment which is only so cheap because it is right in the middle of the land two wolf packs are fighting over. Customers wont be safe to visit her. And she has no money. None of this makes any sense.
She’s going to call it ‘Plenty of Shift’ and someone has already pointed out to her how bad that is giving the initials are PoS and that’s a universal abbreviation for ‘piece of shit’ and she doesn’t care. But given that’s the subtitle for the series, I guess the author doesn’t care, either.
Great attitude for a person who is looking to date AND run a singles agency.

It is also well crafted, well written in the third person and absolutely adorable. The dialogue is smart, sexy and flows effortlessly. The characters are captivating, engaging and endearing. I am so in love with Miri, the female protagonist of this story. Miri is a cougar and owner of her very own brand new business venture, Plenty of Shift, a matchmaking agency. No, not that type of cougar - shame on you! She's a real live cougar-shifter and her new agency is for shifters! I love it! As a result of a very lecherous boss, Miri is more than ready to leave her old job behind along with her old life and apartment which included a cheating human boyfriend, or rather, now ex-boyfriend. Miri has always been quite successful in matching up her friends with the perfect guy. Unfortunately, she can't say the same for her own relationships which always seem to end in heartache. I WAS GIVEN THIS BOOK FOR AN HONEST REVIEW AND THIS IS MY HONEST OPINION .... OVER 18 READING
WONDERFUL NEW IDEAL FOR A GREAT NEW SERIES....I CAN'T WAIT
Mira (cougar shifter - taught all her life that male shifters were dangerous, unpredictable animals)after discovering her boyfriend (human) has cheated, took a little revenge just before leaving, and I loved the good-by note. Text her friend Jenn for drinks,told her a little hint of what she had done. Miri was very good at seeing a shifter - knowing what they are and what and who they would be a good match with. She matched Korman (a grizzly bear shifter) to her friend Jenn ( a mink shifter) and they are very happy, but she doesn't choose good human for herself and has never dated a shifter. Now at the new bar where the girls meet for girls night Miri talks to Jenn but Jenn points out she should date a shifter and has a ideal who would be a good for her and to Miri surprise introduces them, the new bartender, Malcolm Byrne (grizzly shifter - friend of Kor's and they used to work renovation together), he let's her know he likes what he sees. Miri also hates her job due to a sexist (and shifter hater- doesn't know she is one) and Jenn tells her she should start a shifter matchmaker business. you have to like Mira cause if someone messes with her she will get even, when she feels the time is right and in the funnest ways. She will like Malcolm from a distance then he helps her fix somethings in her new apartment/ office and they eat , talk and he sleeps on couch. At a later date she will decide to join her friends at the bar and sees something that scares her about him, but the next day Jenn tells her why she saw what she did. It takes her awhile before she can bring herself to say sorry and give him a chance. Naomi (a ferret shifter) is Miri's new landlady and guinea pig at Plenty Of Shift matchmaking. Naomi choice is a lion shifter Tyler and a wolf shifter Quinn. Miri is a werecat and she doesn’t think to highly of male shifters. She thinks they are violent and dominating. She only has dated human men. She just ended a relationship with a boyfriend who was cheating. She goes to a local bar with her best friend. She introduces Miri to Malcomb the hot bear shifter bartender but she tells her friend she is not interested in dating right now let alone a shifter. What will happen is sexy and spicy. The characters are funny, entertaining and intelligent. The author does an awesome job with the banter between the characters. I really enjoyed this storyline and can’t wait for the next story. The author has a unique idea of letting the reader choice the path of the next storyline which is also wonderful.

What a clever idea for this PNR. I really enjoyed read Miri and Malcolm story. While I like a strong minded heroine. Miri came off strong in certain aspects but weak in others she was very judgmental and prejudiced her own kind. I'm just glad she came to her senses in the end. Malcolm what a sexy beast of a man who doesn't love a man with the smart mouth and a wicked sense of humor. I'm definitely looking forward to reading more about Naomi I really hope she chooses Quinn he looks like he could give her a run for her money. But there's also something very mysterious about Tyler so I don't know.

This is the first book in this series and I already want more. Miri breaks up with her cheating boyfriend by burning his underwear and jeans and dumping the mess on his carpet, and her boss should be charged with harassment.Miri meets her friend Jenn for a few drinks where Malcolm a bear shifter is the bartender she wants nothing to do with him at first but then with his help around her home she thinks she might give him a chance. This is the first book in a new series Plenty of Shift by Carina Wilder. I really enjoyed this book. I loved Miri's descriptions of her ex, they are a hoot. Talk about thoughts of a woman scorned. Miri hates her boss and his sexual comments. She quits in a most dramatic way and starts her own low key business. Malcolm meets Miri and is attracted to her, but Miri is off men or is she? Will Malcolm wait till Miri is ready? Will she finally find the right man for her? This is a must read at 5 star.

SEXY FUN READ
Great start to a new series. Can't think of a better way to leave to a message for a cheating boyfriend. Miri, a cougar shifter, has had it with her cheating boyfriend, leaves him and finds herself a new apartment in an unsafe area. She meets Malcolm, a bear shifter bartender studying to become a doctor, when she goes to a bar with her best friend Jenn. Jenn convinces Miri she should start a shifter dating service. I received this book as an ARC for an honest review. It was yummy! This is book 1 of the Plenty of Shift series. Each book is a stand alone and has a HEA. Miri is a cougar shifter and is really good at matching up her friends with potential mates. Malcolm is a bartender at the bear shifter bar in town but also is very handy with carpentry. Once these two meet sparks fly and fur ruffles. I recommend this book to all shifter lovers. The characters are well defined and the story flows. Looking forward to the next book in the series.

This is a good start to this new series. We see how being prejudice to others can hide who could be the perfect match for you. You can't let preconceived ideas block out what is really tight in front of you. Make your own choice not what others tell you to make. This story is empowering and moving. I can't wait to see what happens next.

Jumping To Conclusions
This is a cougar shifter with a serious prejudice against shifters. When situations in her life goes wrong with a human, she is still unwilling to give a bear shifter a chance. The bear shifter knows that in all ways she would be perfect for him. This is a entertaining read. Enjoy I did.

This was a fun book and full of action. A sexy cat, a hunky protective bear and some trouble making wolves keep this story exciting from beginning to end. I was gifted this book for an honest review and I recommend it.

What a well written smoking hot erotic paranormal shifter book! Miri and Malcolm were amazing main characters. This book kept me wanting to keep reading and it never bored me. I can't wait to read more of this series.
