Principles of prayer made more clear

A great sequel to Rees Howells Intercessor. For those of us who fell in love with Rees Howells, it's so encouraging to see how his legacy of global intercession and radical faith continued on through the ministry of his son for another 50+ years. The author does a great job mining out and displaying the gems stones that Norman Grubb introduced. He systematically expounds on the spiritual principles of intercessory prayer, radical faith, and total surrender as he seamlessly weaves them into the story line. Compared to Rees Howells Intercessor, the storyline itself is a bit weak, presumably because Samuel Howells was very quiet and private. So while the narrative is more bare, the teaching principals are even more clear. Definitely a must read for anyone who would go deeper in the Rees Howells school of prayer.

Inspiring, Challenging, Practical Guide to the life of Intercession

I’ve read Rees Howells Intercessor half a dozen times, but find it difficult to practically walk the principles. Reading this book was a fantastic and detailed look into how to live a life of intercession, not for a few weeks or months or years, but over an entire lifetime. Excellent read!
