Good Review

I wanted to read Tolle's book but really couldn't understand his terminology. This distillation helped me understand the concepts. I agree that Tolle is just a rehash of Buddist philosophy.
Of course , I don't agree that my perfect self is within because I was lost and found by Jesus Christ. He has given me a newly created life ...an eternal one.

Excellent Summary

This was an excellent summary of the Power of Now. The author condensed Tolle’s teachings into bite sized, easy to understand concepts. I will be coming back to this often as I continue to work toward living in the present and not in psychological time.

Great summary!

Been wanting to read this book for sometime but haven't been able to commit to reading it in its entirety. This summary was the perfect match! Great reinforcement of familiar concepts but would be good for someone looking for more information on spiritual enlightenment as well!

My 5 stars for the summary

I think this was a very good summary but I did not really liked the book. It felt like a religious book were you are suppose to believe in all that stuff just because, with no real evidence . so I won't be buying the full book since it's definable not for me. I like facts and prove.. Not hope and faith..

But the summary itself was very well done.
