Webb Hubbell, former Associate Attorney General of the United States, is an author and lecturer. A Game of Inches is a legal thriller that is a tapestry of fantasy football, intrigue, friendship and fun! Hubbell's characters are over the top! He makes us feel like we know them well. The Verdict: I loved When Men Betray and Ginger Snaps...When Men Betray is the best yet.

many sub plots and convoluted twist and turns

Having read a lot of Jack Pattersen Thrillers I can usually guess the ending but not in this story. Every time I think my mind was going in the right direction another sub plot surfaced

I don't give out 5 stars lightly but this was well-developed, well-thought out and a page turner that I couldn't put down. It's one of those books where you have to know the ending but then are sorry when it's over because you've come to truly like the characters! Well done Webb Hubbell ... can't wait for the next book!
