Chicagoland Ghosts

Rate this book
Thousands trekked through dark fields to hear the singing ghost of Joliet Prison. Perishioners fled in terror from six phantom monks who suddenly appeared at St. Rita's Church in Chicago. Ghostly gunfire still comes from the site of the St. Valentine's Day Massacre. These are just a few of the amazing spooks included in Chicagoland Ghosts.

I really thought that this book was well written. While I was reading this book the voice from the host of Unsolved Mysteries, the original guy, kept popping in my head. I think that it made the book even better. The author did a good job at telling the facts on the stories and gave locations/ directions on where things were located. I would recommend this book to others.

Not a bad book but not a good book either. Might be better if I were from Joliet. The author apparently just summarized stories he had heard or read in the papers or magazines through the years.
