These may be some of your questions or feelings you have

1. This may be your first holiday without them here.
2. What if it is your second or third and it's not getting any easier?
3. What if you just don't want to be around anyone?
4. Fear of the upcoming holidays
5. Traditions have changed without them
6. I don't feel like being happy
7. This was my favorite time of the year
8. What do I expect?
9. Is it worth the time to celebrate?
10. Don't want to decorate
11. Feeling depressed
12. Making excuses to do nothing
13. What people will say?
14. I just want it to be over
15. People will just try and cheer me up
16. They don't understand how I feel
17. Just leave me alone

So a big part of my story was taking the events of the present and rewriting them into the future and then living my days just that way. I would ensure that I was going to have a terrible holiday

I hope to help you survive this holiday season and implement some changes in your life to start a new and begin to enjoy this time of the year again or at least better than you may think you will be able to.
I lost my daughter over 22 years ago and we'll discuss some of the ideas and try and to answer these questions above and hopefully many more you may have, so you may be able to rewrite the story of your future holidays to come.

Start to make the changes in your life to bring back some joy. I hope that my eBook can help you with that.

Thank you for reading and God Bless!

If your on a grief journey, read this book

Reasons for 5 stars:

-I admit. The author only mention church and God a few times. However, it is NEVER force. I am still mad at God. I lost my daddy, who also my mom, and my best friend in 04-18.

-This author talks about losing his young daughter by a very tragic accident. My hearts breaks. When the author mentions about his other book, I do not care. You can tell this author truly has a heart.

-The author includes a vast amount of grief support resources and suicide resources. Even for veterans. He has a Facebook page for grieving fathers. My heart broke again reading all that especially the fathers.

-The author makes you look into why it important to heal and what can happen if you do not.

-Yes, it is hard to read. However, very prudent. It a very short book. Yet, it packed with a wealth of resources.

- I will be buying this book. When I can emotional, I will re-reread it.
