This book started out quite silly in a fun kind of way. However, it steadily descended into a pit of hate and intolerance, the absolute worst kind of religious fruitcakery. An absolutely disgusting book with no redeeming qualities whatsoever.

In this story "The End of Days" by David Dolan, two strong religious countries are in the middle of the biggest and deadliest chemical war that's close to a World War 3. An ex Jewish army man named Jonathon died in the middle of the war leaving his wife Sarah, who's now a widow, his two children,boy and girl, and his most closest friend who was also in his army unit during the war,Eli. The most interesting character that I find is Eli because how strong his heart is with the Lord and Sarah's feelings. Eli has been there with Jonathon and his family for about as long as the war that has been going on for months. Ever since Jonathon died that day in the war, Eli has been caring for the kids and making sure that Sarah will hold up well. My very least favorite part of the was when Russia and Syria teamed up to bomb Israel. Its horrible because they think that Israel is weak so that's their chance to attack and take over because Israel relies on their god. But the Israel isn't as weak as they think but much smarter and can maneuver during the nuclear attack. I would recommend this book to my friends because if they want to enjoy a good warlike book then this is one of them. This also gives us a little bit of how the Jews live their Christianity life during a war.The author also shows how America is there to help them out during their major time of need but the Israels seem to not need it. This book also puts your imagination to a whole new level by the nuclear bombs exploding, the guns firing and many more excitement.

An apocalyptic novel that centres itself around a young couple and their Christian faith and how this helps them to deal with the end of the world. A biblically based version of the acopalypse "The End of Days" explores what it means to be a Christian and a Jew in the world. He explores this through in depth Christian and biblical philosophy and doctrine and produces a novel for both the young and the old, the Christian and the non-Christian. "The End of Days" moves quickly and is certaily a worthwhile read.
