Of course I haven't read everything in here because this was a school book anthology. I'm glad I'm keeping it though because it has quite a lot of variety and some classics it would be nice to return to some day.

Read for class. I didn't read the entire textbook, as it is over 1,000 pages, but I'm counting it towards my Goodreads challenge anyway, because I spent a great deal of time slogging through it. It was not enjoyable for me, because the selections were almost entirely poetry - incredibly dense poetry, at that. Now on to the third volume for the last few weeks of class - hopefully it will contain more texts that interest me (and a lot less poetry!).
