I received a kindle e-reader for Christmas today and just had to read a short-story Christmas book! This fit perfectly to what I was looking for to read! It was a sad but very sweet book. The kindness of others is so touching in this book, too.

When a man loses everything he travels as a hobo on a railroad line winding up in a place familiar to him. Why is he lead here and what happens will warm your heart!

The writing by the author is done very well. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

Lovely Short Story

I think the title says it all. This is a lovely short story of loss, love, and a redemption of sorts. A return to peace and joy in the memories, but not until the journey was complete. A very good story for the Christmas season.

Fun, heartwarming read.

Quick, heartwarming Christmas story that has a little bit of sadness but has a great ending. Cleve tells a lot of story, with a lot of atmosphere and a lot of feeling in a pretty small package. Do yourself a favour and read this story ... You'll enjoy it.

Great read

Review--
It was a nice easy read. It kept my attention, wondering where he was going. During these times, it was nice to have people be nice to one another, provide food, shelter clothing.

A delightful tale of grief and recovery.

Entertaining. Happily Ever After. Haunting. Inspirational. Tear-jerker. Unpredictable. Whimsical. Wonderful characters.
