This is one of those books you finish and want to buy a dozen copies to give to all of your favorite people. Admittedly as a patient of Dr Morris, I have some hometown bias, but much in the same way he’s changed my life for the better despite only meeting with him maybe 3 times over the years, he lays out a very simple playbook here for raising the bar on anything that should be important to you.
