Dr. Hershey has branded Selma as a Breeder. She is special because she is compatible and able to breed Demon spawn. He then tricked her into submission. So what if he used mind blowing demon sex to make it happen.
Selma wants to escape...but Marathín has some serious skills that could make any sane woman lose her mind. I love the heroine in this book. She has lived a rough life thinking that she's insane. Yet her thought processes are more sane than most heroines. This series is addictive, well written and sexy as sin!!

Oh dear. This series. I just don't know.
On the one hand, the sex in this installment just made me cringe. It wasn't dirty or badly written, but when there are descriptions of a "battered pussy" that just keeps on being battered, I get physically uncomfortable. Ouch. No thank you.
I'm also not sold on the idea that being under a sort of spell that induces uncontrollable lust equals consent. I've seen this sort of thing before and it doesn't work for me. If the heroine CAN'T say no due to something that was done to her without consent, the "consent" she gives doesn't count. O_o
And, on the other hand, I'm actually interested to see where the series is going. But it's a bit pricy for such short installments, so we'll see.

The story, serialised continues here with Selma and her Dr Hershey/Demon name,Mariethin is challenged re her brand mark that supposedly now prevents her seeing demons.
The knowledge that she is intended for a noble demon lord not her demon has the story develop with how to get away from said demons.
However, Mariethin, is all male with cartilage additions sure to react with females who can take them, not saying where:)
The sex scene was hot, scuse the pun, he is a demon after all. In fact, if these were real demons a lot of us would be queuing up for the hereafter, with heaven a different concept to most people's idea!
I still think it is expensive for page to price ratio, and I advise you to read the freebie first and await the compilation. First was better than second sexually speaking, of course.
This is a good three star instalment.

I liked the second installment of 'Demon's Mark' and would be interested in reading the entire book as a whole. The one thing that I find that puts me off reading this 'series' further is the cost. To pay $3.99 for 44 pages (Aprox) for each installment is too expensive for my tastes. I won't pay $20 for an eBook, which is what the 6 books are worth (The first one is Free) . So unfortunately I won't be continuing on with this series at such a steep price. If it were 0.99 for each installment then yes I would continue it. If it were an entire all in one story it would be well worth considering but not at the frustratingly baited price of $3.99 per episode.
If you're rich or have a spare gift cards at hand then I would recommend the first and second book in this 'Series' as they were a good read.
The price for what I paid is part of the reason I only gave it 3 Stars. I want more than a chapter or two for my $3.99 US Dollars especially when that cost me $4.50 AU Dollars.
I'm not stingy by any means if the book is worth paying $6 or $7 dollars then I will, but I don't believe it's fair to charge the average reader such a high price. The term Series is misleading - Chronicles, Episodes, Chapters would have been more literal.

I liked it, but I suppose I wanted more of a struggle? Just a disclaimer: I'm into dark themes. I thought it was a bit easy, BUT I'm soooo glad it's not another insta-love. Hopefully we continue with that! The ending is interesting and I hope it doesn't work in her favor😄 This was intense stuff and the extra part of the demon was...niiiiize. Now I'm wondering what's different about a Lord if a normal demon is like that? Super excited to read more.

Be warned this series is what it is, very short & very un-PC erotica. I enjoyed the interesting otherworldly sci-fi concept.
The strange thing about erotic fiction, for me @ least, is that the fantasy can be something I utterly detest in reality eg royal hierarchy, male chauvinism & death penalty etc.

All of those questions you had from book 1 are answered. You learn what Selma really sees and what the hot and mysterious Dr. Hershey wants with her.
Selma knows she's in trouble. She doesn't want to be livestock, but that's exactly what she's going to be--a broodmare for the demon lord who buys her.
Now that she knows the truth, Selma is upset that she trusted Dr. Hershey and submitted to his "special" treatment. Even worse, that mark he gave her on her forehead has a very explicit purpose, and Dr. Hershey shows her exactly how it works. Repeatedly. And she likes it.
She has to come up with a plan-and she does--but to make it work, she needs to get closer to the dangerous and sexy doctor.
This dark paranormal serial just gets hotter and hotter.

Oh my.. Demon.
Wow, that was an intense read! Very erotic and suspenseful. I think a lot of thought was put into Selma's character . Her state of mind and physical state both. I appreciated , they internal dialogue. Now the demon, is hot! The sex is doubly so. I am ready to hear more. But at the end, Men, Demons or humans think with their little head.

The stars are creeping up, the sex scenes were still a bit rough for me, but i am starting to enjoy the story and becoming invested in Selma.
I would really like to read stories for the rest of the demon family and the story was left open to do so. I hope they just come out as books, with 6 short novellas at the price it was on amazon, i felt a bit ripped off.

Can you say yummy Demon! Salma wonders to the office of her Dr. Hershey, only to find that he has tricked her! But what happens next is not for the sake of wanting it's needing more than anything! Now can Salma trick the Demon and gain her freedom? Or did she just seal her own fate?
