It is about GORGO in love to ... (you have read it to find out who) Creepella and Billy go to Horrorwood to try and find GORGO's love.
Why did I like the Book
I liked it because it wasn't scary! It was funny! I thought it would be scary. I like the names of the characters.

I loved this book! It was filled with mystery(my favourite type of topic in reading).There is a girl named Creepella von Cacklefur who is a friend of Geronimo Stilton.CVC's pet(Bitewing), gives Geronimo a note and a CD in a shape of a tombstone. The CD was about CVC's latest adventure which is about... A moat monster is very ill and will not give an ansewr to CVC. He just made a sound like bluuuuuuuuurp! CVC thought that they should have a family reunion and talk about the problem. After, Grandma Crypt knew what was wrong with Gorgo. He was in love!The 2 twins Snip and Snap found a postcard sent from a movie star named Blobbina. CVC went to go find Blobbina and get Blobbina and Gorgo married. Then mysteriously, Blobbina dissappears! They even they loose Bitewing for a second but then they find him. Then the evil Dr.Inkubus gives clues to find Blobbina. Why would he do that? Find out!

When you have enough of reality you will feel like unleashing your inner child..Then this is a very fine read for spooky season..a very light read which instantly rejuvenates your mood..

My son chose this one from the library to read together. I really did NOT enjoy this book (he thought it was okay, but not as good as the usual Stilton books). The story starts and ends with Geronimo, but the whole book is the story he is reading, about an Adams-family-esque rodent detective. The story is just plain awful, all the more so because this is some of the first literature young readers are exposed to. It actually pained me to read it.
Stop reading now to avoid spoilers.
Three or four chapters seemed to be there just for filler, the main story was a kidnapped monster and the "monster expert" leaves clues to solve it... but it's not clues, it's just telling the main character where to go next (so if a monster was kidnapped, why wouldn't the expert have just solved it). The bad guy (kidnapper) has no consequences - doesn't even get caught, they just run away from him. The "love story" is basically the only male blob monster in the world in love with the only female blob monster in the world but she's a movie star, so they find her so that they can fall in love and be married... ridiculous in itself. Oh, I could go on and on... I just don't ever want to read another Creepella von Cacklefur variation of Geronimo Stilton ever again. Actually, I could probably also do without reading the Stilton books too. Time to introduce my kid to some better stories.

The book "Meet me in the Horrorwood" is written by Geronimo Stilton - Creepella Von Cracklefur. The genre of the book is fiction, adventure and a little bit of mystery. I decided to read this book, because I liked this author when i was in 4th grade so I decided to read this one, because there is up coming (this) book report and I had to read a book fast!
This book is about a little bit weird family of rodents that loves everything that is creepy and they had a slimy monster in their pond and something was wrong with him. Later Creepella realised that Bloorp is love sick! She found a letter from another slimy monster-girl. She appeared to be a movie star. Then Creepella went to the Horrorwood to find her, but she only realised that she disappeared! The story also has a lot of other little stories and it's very interesting! Find out what will happen! What happened to Bloorp's love of life? Will Creepella find her?
I enjoyed this book! It was like a little through back to little books for younger kids. I just enjoyed light and easy reading. It didn't took much time for me and was just a little rest! The second book in the Creepella von Cacklefur series, this book is about the monster in the von Cacklefur moat, Gorgo, he is very sad. He won't eat anything, he is not his usual color either, but why? Creepella discovers that he is lovesick over another monster Blobbina, so Creepella takes it upon herself to write Blobbina a loveletter from Gorgo to confess his love and to send it to her. However, when Bitewing goes to deliver it Blobbina is nowhere to be found. Who has taken her and why? Where could she have gone? This needs the help of Mr. M. the monster expert!
This was a good book, I liked that it took place in Horrorwood, as the reader was able to see another part of Mysterious Valley. Well written and interesting with the monster information by Mr. M's from his book.

its about Creepella's monster slime friend is in love with someone he won't eat any thing too. So Creepella has to find Bobblina when she finds her they escape and the monsters instantly become in love.

This book was fine. I found it interesting, but I didn't enjoy it as much as the other novel from the Geronimo Stilton series or the Thea Stilton series. I am glad I read it, but will not be rereading it.

Could have been written in a more supplier way

Cute story but not as enjoyable as the first. Gorgo is love sick for Blobbina and Creepella does her utmost to get them to meet each other and fall in love which she manages to. In the meantime, Billy is also asked to get married to one of the triplets but he runs away from their house because their family has no money anymore. I loved the idea that Geronimo was asked to publish Creepella's work as this was not like what happened with the first book. I think my favourite character is Batwing because he is nice and well-mannered which aren't traits one usually finds in bats hahaha. Blobbina was kidnapped and we never figure out what happened to the director after she was abducted since she was a horror movie star. The story is all based around the two slimy monsters however there is a slight detour when we are introduced more deeply/further to Billy. This was one of the very first books that got me to enjoy reading about 10 years ago. I wished to see more of Geronimo in this story however we learned more about Billy and Creepella and Billy in a way is the Geronimo of the scary part of the Stilton series.

I’d have to agree, this one was told from the perspective of Creepella von Cacklefur. It was fine , kind of spooky themed book. But we think that we like the Geronimo books

Such a good book finished it in 2 days we interesting couldn't stop reading but it is childish so I recommend for 8 years and younger
