I really enjoyed the simplicity if this book as well as the beautiful prints of famous American and famous revolutionary war paintings. This book was in the library juvenile section, but it could be used for a high schooler who is reluctant to read thick adult history books. My high school son actually liked it.

This book tells the historic story of the revolutionary war. The book includes pictures of all things revolutionary war. This is a great book to bring out when you are teaching your class about the revolutionary war it tells the truth about what happened before, during and after the war. This book is easy to read.
